[43: Painstaking Way of Transforming]

Y/n kept eating all of Jera's cooking, slowly regenerating their strength. When suddenly...

Pain seeps through all over their body. They dropped the piece of meat they were eating, clenching their heart, and a silent scream can be seen by Y/n. Jera looked at her master and saw Y/n emitting a terrifying aura. 

"Y/n-san... are you okay?" Jera asked, slowly going toward Y/n, the hashira looked up and their red eyes dilated, making Jera scared. 

ʚɞ ʚɞ ʚɞ ʚɞ

Caine looked over since she heard Jera scream and immediately saw Y/n looking different. Their master is growling at Jera, making Caine realize something. 

Y/n is not in their right mind. 

Caine run toward Jera before Y/n could attack her, the two of them rolled away and Caine took out her katana. "Jera, are you okay? Y/n-sama is not in their right mind, something must be going on!" 

"I-i'm okay, Caine. It's just that Y/n-sama is in so much pain!" Jera said as she got ready to fight Y/n, ordering the other kakushis to do the same. "Everyone! Y/n-sama is not in their right mind, we don't know what's causing it but get ready to fight!" All of the kakushis took out their katana and watch Y/n's behavior. 

Y/n stopped growling and their head started twitching, and their eyes slowly became normal again. They held their head and tried to make it stop, but they can't. Something is controlling them, or rather, someone is controlling them. 

"T̷e̷a̷m̷ u̷p̷ w̷i̷t̷h̷ m̷e̷..." 

Y/n slapped their head and started screeching in pain. Their heart is palpitating, their back is hurting, and their body slowly changing. They can't properly think but they can utter words. 

"Someone is controlling me!" Y/n said, their voice becoming deeper and demonic in the middle of their sentence. Caine noticed Y/n's neck is glowing, making her realize. 

"Muzan is controlling Y/n-sama!" Jera looked at Caine and looked back at Y/n, noticing the collar tattoo is glowing like crazy. 

"T̷e̷a̷m̷ u̷p̷ w̷i̶t̷h̷ m̷e̷... B̷e̷ a̷ d̷e̷m̷o̷n̷ a̷g̷a̷-"

Y/n screamed in pain, their scream shaking the small dome their kakushis made for them. Y/n started hunching and their clothes started ripping, things out of their back started sprouting. Red appendages started sprouting out and all of them have a shard edge that looks like a knife. Caine and Jera ordered everyone to dock since those red appendages started attacking them. 

Some kakushis tried running away but Jera saw them. "Don't leave our master behind! Remember the things they did for us!" Jera screamed making the runners stop, and face Y/n head-on. "Get ready and use your heightened senses, remember our training!" Jera ordered and started getting ready to fight. 

ʚɞ ʚɞ ʚɞ ʚɞ

Jera ordered the kakushis to dock again, the red appendages attacking them for the umpteenth time. "This is never going to end! We need to stop Y/n-sama!" One of the kakushis said, and Jera hummed. 

"Jera!" Caine shouted and Jera looked at her, seeing that Caine is close to Y/n. "I have a plan!" Caine said and Jera listened while dodging the red appendages. 

"Let me use my power while you knock Y/n-sama in the neck!" Caine ordered, Jera looked at her with a confused face. "Just do what I say!" Caine shouted in frustration making Jera gulp. 

"F-fine, but we need to find the momentum!" Jera said as she started running toward Y/n. The hashira felt this and used their red appendages to hit Jera, but Caine chanted a spell. 

"Blood Demon Art: Beguile!" Caine covered Y/n's nose with her hand, hypnotizing the hashira. "Please work!!" Caine said. 

Y/n breathe in the intoxicating scent, their eyes started spinning, their red eyes started rolling in the back of their head, their appendages plopping down, and their body started becoming heavy. Even so, their eyes rolled back up again and tried to fight against Caine's hands. 

"Jera!!" 

"Yeah, I'm here!" 

Caine lets go of Y/n and moved away, before Muzan can control Y/n's body again, Y/n has been knocked out by Jera. The man grimaced, and he stopped controlling Y/n. "Fucking annoying." 

ʚɞ ʚɞ ʚɞ ʚɞ

After a couple of minutes, Y/n woke up. They slowly sat up and saw Jera and Caine beside them. "What happened?" Y/n asked, clearly having no recollection of the memory. By the looks of Jera and Caine, something unexpected happened to them. 

"Let's just say that you went rogue Y/n-sama," Jera said and Y/n just nodded, not wanting to know what they did. "I will just say that Gyomei-san, Shinazugawa-san, Muichiro-san, and Genya-san are currently fighting the upper moon 1." 

Y/n immediately stood up and focused on the voice of their beloved. "Kokushibo is the strongest, they will not win easily without our aid. I refuse to let any of them die!" Y/n said as they started hearing the faint voice of Sanemi, they can hear him talk about his blood with Kokushibo. "Shit, is he bleeding?" Y/n murmured, and immediately ordered the kakushis. 

"Everyone! Let's all start running towards the four slayers fighting Kokushibo!" Y/n said as they all picked up their belongings and run toward where Y/n led them. "Split into three sections. Healers come with me, we need to help Sanemi and the others." The healers nodded, and run with Y/n. 

"Jera, lead the fourth of the kakushis, look for Kanao and Inosuke, and bring enough medicine." Jera nodded and started running in the direction where the crow led them. "The others that are left, look for Giyu and Tanjiro, give them aid!" Y/n said as the last kakushis started running in the other direction. 

"Y/n-sama, should I help Jera?" Y/n looked behind them and saw Caine. "Or must I stay with you?" Caine asked. 

"Stay with me, I can tell something bad happen with Muichiro and Genya. I'll need your amazing power for this." Y/n said with a smile and Caine nodded. "Everyone, make more medicines! We need them!" All of the kakushis agreed and started working.
