Chapter 20-Transformation

One month later as I was getting ready to leave the dojo to go get some snacks for me and Tory when I ran into someone I never expected to see,as I walked into the store and decided what we want I hear the door bell to the store ring.

"Haley." Mr Larusso said "of course." I mumbled "this will only take a minute." He said shrugging "yeah well I can save you that minute....your because you realize your training a bunch of wimps and you need a female champion right." I sarcastically replied.

"look Haley I know I'm probably the last person you want to see right now." Mr Larusso said "yeah no shit." I muttered " you don't have to talk if that's what you want but you can listen. And I'm here to tell you what's going to happen to you next. Your dad just popped up out of the blue,right? He did the same thing to me. He'll seem decent enough,show you a few moves,and then he'll worm his way in. Chip away at you,and push you past your limits. You'll become stronger than you thought possible,but silver won't stop there. Okay? This man is sick and twisted, and when he's done with you,you won't be you anymore. One day you'll find yourself with some poor kids blood all over your shirt and you'll hope it's not too late to change course." He said as he moved closer to me in attempts to get me to snap out of whatever hold my father had on me.

"She's not interested, Mr Larusso. New equipment just got in. Why don't you go check it out?" Silver said walking up to the pair as I sent my father a nod walking out of the door as I turn around to gaze at Mr Larusso for a moment before turning to leave "it's considered unethical to poach students. You had your opportunity with my daughter now she's with us. You should respect that." Silver said tauntingly "respect.....res..... you are not a sensei. Your a con man. Manipulating people to turn them into something they're not." Mr Larusso said aggravatingly "I didn't turn you into anything, Danny boy. I only brought out what was already inside." Silver replied venomously "that's bullshit. You tortured me." Mr Larusso said as silver chuckled.

"Please. You were a hothead. All I had to do was wind you up and get out of the way. And.....if you're being honest with yourself, you know you liked it. You were powerful, free." Silver stated maliciously "we'll settle this on the mat. And when we win, Cobra Kai, and you will be out of business." Mr Larusso said leaving the store "one of us will be." Silver said tauntingly.

"Haley, look I promise you I'm going to help you and I'm going to bring you back.....the real you." Mr Larusso said as he caught up with me "really.....that's what you always say and look I'm still right in the exact same spot that I've always been in.....so stop making promises you know you can't keep." I replied walking away.
