Chapter 19-Attitude Adjustment

Today me and my dad were doing some training at the house rather than at the dojo, so as I was practicing my moves I heard my phone ring as I pick it up not see who it was.

"Hello." I said as I waited for a response.

"Hey were you busy?" Robby asked.

"No....I was just doing some training with my dad why?" I asked.

"I just felt like talking to you." He replied quietly.

"Oh really." I said.

"Yes really." He replied.

Just as I was about to reply to him I hear my dad coming in from outside and slowly making his way towards where I am....making me hang up the phone in a blind panic "hey sweetheart....who were you talking to?" Silver asked me "no one." I quickly replied making me sound super suspicious "you sure?" He asked "yes I'm sure." I replied looking away slightly "cause remember what happens when you lie to me." He said as he got closer to me as I nodded trying to back away.

"You weren't talking to Keene were you?" He asked as I shook my head no as I started to walk away but before I could silver grabbed me by my hair and yanked me back towards him as he threw me to the floor "I told you what would happen if you lied to me didn't I....didn't I!" He shouted at me as he thrusts his fist against my cheek over and over and over and over again until my nose started bleeding.

"Stop please." I begged as I looked up at him as he knelt down to my height "if I ever find you talking to him again....I'll do something much worse than what I did today....is that understood." He replied with pure rage in his eyes as he looked at me "yes sir." I quietly muttered.
