Chapter 21-A new me

Today is Tuesday and I decided to go out to the pizza place to order some pizza for me and my dad.

Once I arrive I place the order and decide to wait outside for it to be ready,as I was waiting someone who I know all to well walks up to me and tells me things that I don't want to hear.

"Haley." Mr Larusso said as he walks up to me "oh Jesus." I replied as I stand up "look.....I am in no place to tell you what's wrong with being in cobra kai.....but I promise you that once the tournament is over I will fix all of this and bring you back to miyagi-do." Mr Larusso said as he stood in front of me.

"Really....you promise me....you promise me because that's exactly what you said before but you know what I realized that you never keep your promises." I replied with anger in my voice "I know I made mistakes in the past but this....this isn't you Haley and you know it." Mr Larusso replied as he slowly walked towards me.

"Oh but it is." I sarcastically replied as I stand in front of him "no it's not....this person that you've turned into is your father making you this way.....the Haley I knew was sweet and cared about her friends." Mr Larusso said "yeah well those things don't make you into a good fighter.....striking first and showing no mercy makes you a good fighter." I chuckled.

"This isn't you Haley.....and if you would just come back to miyagi-do I can help you come out of this brainwashing that your father has done to you." Mr Larusso replied with sadness laced in his voice "you really think that you can change me." I mumbled quietly "yes.....yes I do but none of this works unless you come back to miyagi-do." He replied.

"The old Haley you once knew is gone. This.....this is the new me and the girl you thought you knew she is never...ever...coming back and there is nothing you can do about it." I replied smirking knowing that I'm getting under his skin as I walked back inside bumping his shoulder harshly.

"I'm home!" I shouted as I kicked the door shut "hey sweetheart you alright?" Silver asked "yeah I'm fine.....I guess." I replied with a shrug of my shoulders "what's going on?" He asked as I started to cry "it's just....that....that night when you were hurting Robby I felt utterly weak....like I needed someone to come in and rescue me......I hate that feeling." I cried out "well how do you want to feel?" He asked "I wanna feel powerful.....I wanna feel stronger than that." I replied.

"And I can help you with that, but only if you let me help you.....and only if I do it my way." He said "when do we start?" I asked "right after the tournament.....and if cobra kai wins I will take you to the next level.....so what do you say." He replied "let's do." I said smirking.
