It's literally already Sunday. This weekend went by too quickly and I really don't want to go to school tomorrow.

Evie:

I groaned and tried to moved my hands to my head, but I was restrained. My eyes quickly opened despite the pounding, and I scanned my surroundings. I was back at the abandoned house and tied to a post along with Cassie and Diana. Blackwell stood with his back turned to us, the crystal skull on the table.
I reached my hand as far as I could and managed to find Cassie's. I shook it, and heard her beginning to wake up. Diana was already awake, and I'm sure she was fuming with Cassie.

"Good, the three of you are awake." Blackwell turned to us, crystal skull in hand. "This has the power to eliminate every witch on this earth, except those with Balcoin blood."
What?

"You mean you're going to wipe out an entire race of witches?" Cassie asked.

"Yes," he replied.

"You can't do that! You'll kill everyone besides me and Cassie," Diana yelled.

He made a 'tsk' sound. "Not true. Evie, I told you I had information regarding your estranged father. What I meant to tell you earlier is that he isn't dead, because I'm standing right here. That's why you have dark magic like Cassie and Diana. All three of you are of Balcoin descent."
No. No. I refuse to believe that he's my father, but it made so much sense. If Faye and I had the same father she would have dark magic too, so why wouldn't I have a different dad? And I suspected it was Blackwell before, but actually hearing it made a huge difference. I couldn't believe I was actually this lunatic's daughter.

"She is?" Cassie asked.

"Yes," Blackwell answered. "I had another child to secure a circle. I was very well aware that in certain cases seven made it complete, as it did yours. She is the seventh member."

Jake:

We went to the boatyard, hoping they'd be there. And to so much relief, they were. The witch hunters had a different hideout when they returned to Chance Harbor, however, they must've come back here for some reason. Maybe the history of this place.
"Hold up," Adam said just as I and Melissa were about to storm down there. He knelt down behind some rocks. "We should wait for the others."

"We don't have time," I responded. "Faye's in there with no magic to defend herself, they could kill her before the girls get here."
Adam sighed.

"Fine. Let's go."
We stalked down to the bridge and crossed onto the tilted boat.

"I'll take the far end. Will you two be okay?" Adam asked the both of us.

"Yes, call us if you find her," Melissa said. Adam nodded and rushed off.

"Come on," I told her. We had to be on the lookout if we wanted to get Faye and leave without any problems.
We turned a slight corner, making sure it was clear before proceeding. We entered the inside of the boat, and checked down the hallway. It was empty.

"Which way?" She asked. We went to the right and just as we reached a door it bursted open and someone bumped straight into me. It was Faye. I grabbed her waist to stop her from falling, and she stood up straight. She was breathing harshly, and had blood trickling down the side of her face. She had been hit on the head and her eyebrow was cut. She also had a gash on her hand.

"Oh my god, are you alright?" Melissa asked. I ripped off a part of my shirt and wrapped it around her hand.

"Yeah, just get me out of here," she said with a shaky voice.

"We will, I promise," I whispered. I wrapped my arms around her and we hurried out of the boat. We went through a window.

"I texted Adam, he's on his way over here," Melissa said.
We were about to start running but were stopped by witch hunters on both sides of us.
