Part 39

Her lips were a little bit wet from her swiping her tongue on them still never taking her eyes off me. I took a deep breath leaning back on the couch making her shake her head with a smile.

"Shit I need to take a bath" I sighed getting up.

"Now?" She raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah. Now" I slowly started to make my way to the stairs as she followed me with her eyes. "I need to swing by my college dorm to pick up some books I left there"

"Can I come?" she raised an eye with a smirk on her face making me tilt my head as I felt my body shiver at the thought of showering with her "To your college... I don't know where your mind went..." she teased me.

"Fucking idiot" I mumbled walking up the stairs stomping with my feet and hearing her laugh a little.

I put on some black wide jeans, a white top, and a beige cardigan covering it before walking down the stairs and finding her laying on the couch cuddling with Jack while watching something on TV.

"Are you ready?" she asked with her eyes still on the screen.

"Yeah let's go" 

She got up, running her hand one last time on Jack's little head, before coming after me looking at my body from top to bottom "You look good" she said making me chuckle.

"Thank you" I smiled at her before closing the door behind us.

"So...this is my college" I used my hands to gesture towards the huge building in front of us "It's really pretty but a fucking shit on the inside tho" I shrugged my shoulders.

"Why did you decide to come here? I mean, you're a really artsy person...so why plants?" she looked at me while walking with her hands on her pockets.

"I mean...I love agronomics..." I shrugged "And I think it's really cool to find new things about something you love... Like, I would never discover a new note in music, or a new color in art right? But, I can discover multiple things on agronomics.."

She shook her head with a smile on her face as I look down to the floor trying to place my feet in the right path. 

"Y/N?" I heard a loud voice screaming from the other side of the street.

"Shit!" I laughed turning around and finding Sarah.

Sarah was the person I first got along with in college since day one with had become inseparable, every project we had, we would team up, every party thrown, we would come together. She was a little wilder than me, but it worked perfectly between us.

"I thought you wouldn't be back for a few more months" she said wrapping her arms around me.

"I had a step back on my research" I pressed my lips together making her squeeze her eyes at me. "This is Shuri" I smiled at her.

"Hello" Shuri said with a smile reaching her hand out to Sarah who had a mischievous look on her face.

"Hi!" She said "And why is the Queen of Wakanda in our school?" she tilted her head in my direction.

"I asked Y/N to come. I wanted to see it, and your research facilities" She simply said taking the tension off me.

"I bet you won't be impressed...Not comparing with whatever you probably have back in Wakanda" she laughed making my cheeks turn red.

"Also, I just met Y/N's dad and it was only logical I would meet her school and friends" she added making me turn my head towards her in shock.

"Shit" Sarah laughed "Good for you girl" she winked at me as I licked my lips trying to figure out what to say next.

"That's what I keep telling her..." Shuri smirked at me noticing how annoyed I was getting.

"So, we're having a little get-together with everyone, why don't you guys come?" she asked pulling her hair back with her hand.

I glanced at Shuri who was also looking at me waiting for an answer. I felt myself hesitating at the thought of introducing her to all my friends and bringing her into that environment, there was a part of me that felt she was way too cool for that.

"C'mon it's going to be fun" Sarah cried out making me chuckle.

"Fine" I sighed looking at Shuri and waiting for an answer.

"I'll go wherever she goes" She finally said nodding in my direction making my stomach twirl a little.

"Awesome" Sarah squealed "I'm going to let everyone know you're coming Y/N, they're gonna be so happy" she said before turning her back and quickly walking away. 

I kept quiet starting to walk up the school steps feeling Shuri's body next to me.

"So I'm meeting your friends" she finally said with a smirk on her lips.

"Yeah, it seems you're meeting everyone today" I mumbled through my lips.

"Well...I have to...It's only logical" she answered as I felt her hand touching mine giving my whole body goosebumps.

"No funny business's" I smirked at her who shook her head onto the floor letting a chuckle come out.
