"Well, what do you think?" I asked Johnny.

We were currently in the front of the record store and had just finally put out the new display cases for all the records, cassettes and so much more.

Johnny slowly nodded his head in agreement.

"I think this is the best upgrade this store has had," Johnny replied.

In 3 weeks, we would be launching a re-grand opening. We've been operating at shorter hours for customers but have been working 12+ hours to get all the technical stuff done.  No wonder Andy was worried about me.

"I think also these new cut-outs are going to go on the sides," Johnny said as he brought them to the display case.

It was two signs that said "WOW THESE PRICES!" and "Can you believe we have this?"

Everything was coming together.

It was currently a little before 5:30. Would me and Johnny get out on time? Levi was off today like his normal schedule.

"Ok last thing Big Boss had on this list for us to complete is the new stickers checklist. To make sure they all came in," I read off the letter.

Johnny shook his head in agreement. Johnny went and grabbed the new box marked with "stickers inventory."

"Ok so we have Van Halen, Def Leppard, oh and Guns and Roses, Queen, some song lyric stickers," I began listing off.

"We got all those in this box," Johnny replied while stifling a yawn.

I could tell he was just as beat as I was.

"Ok then so technically we are done early?" I asked glancing at my watch.

"It's only 6:02? Wait holy moly," Johnny said as he looked at his watch.

"Let's get ready to head home bro like we actually got a break tonight," I replied happily as I begin putting away any unnecessary stuff till I am back in 2 days.

I really miss only working part-time but the money is amazing. I know Andy would hate hearing me say that.

And so, Johnny and I went our separate ways to our loved ones for the night.

I quietly walked into the house and Andy was nowhere to be seen. I sort of wanted to surprise him so I went and looked for him.

I walked down the hall to our bedroom and stopped as I heard him talking.

"Yeah so for the anniversary party is in Utah and all of our close friends are flying in. I mean that's why I am calling so early about this,"  I heard Andy say.

I was leaning against the wall so he could not see me.  He was already planning for our one-year anniversary of marriage. I wasn't supposed to know, yet.

"Well I would tell her we are going to Utah to celebrate our wedding but the actual party part would be a surprise Barry but I need you guys to come to the party," Andy pleaded with his brother.

"Now you see why. I want us to perform something for the party," Andy replied to Barry on the phone.

I didn't want to know anything else so I busted into the room.

"Oh darling you are home early," Andy said surprised.

"We got everything done early. I'm all yours now," I told him.

"She's home so I better go Barry. Talk to you later," Andy told his brother as he hung up the phone.

I giggled at his movements.

"I've missed you," Andy said embracing me in a hug and a kiss.

"I've missed you more," I replied.

"Now I officially have you for 24 hours all to myself," Andy commented.

"Yes you do," I told him as he pulled away from his embrace.

"We have dinner coming at 7. It's Chinese takeout," Andy told me as we headed out of the bedroom.

"Oooh I was literally craving eggrolls all freaking day because we had the door open while the painters were working and I could smell the restaurant down the street," I replied as I hung my purse up.

"I read your mind didn't I?" Andy smirked.

"You know me so well," I replied as we headed to the kitchen.

I was dying for a glass of iced tea. The summer heat was unbearable with the humidity right now.

"So tomorrow darling we are doing absolutely nothing. Well I mean not literally but you are going to rest your bones and brain,"  Andy commented.

I grabbed a glass out of the cabinet.

"Yes sir your wish is my command," I replied sweetly as I grabbed ice from the freezer.

Andy snaked his arms around my torso as I worked on getting my glass of iced tea. He left kisses on my neck as I tried to get my drink made.

"Someone's being extra today," I whispered to him.

"I finally get my wife in my arms for more than just sleeping," Andy's defense was.

I smiled.

And so, his embrace went from my torso to him draping one arm over my shoulders as we went to sit in the living room. We had 25 minutes till the food arrived.

"So what do you have in mind to watch love?" I asked him as he flipped the TV on.

"Well I honestly thought you'd have an idea since it's Friday night," Andy replied chuckling.

I reached for the TV guide on the coffee table.

"ABC Friday Night Movie?" I read off from the schedule.

"What is the movie tonight?" Andy inquired as he sat down next to me.

"Murder on Flight 502. Farrah Fawcett is in it. It looks to be a repeat," I told my husband.

"Well might as well watch it I don't think we've seen it," Andy replied.

"Even Sonny Bono is in it," I read the description.

"That sounds totally like a 70s star's movie," Andy commented as he looked at the guide with me.

"I think it'll be a good one. I love Farrah," I replied to my husband.

Andy smiled.

"The original season of Charlie's Angels was the best," Andy said.

"I agree love though Cheryl did pretty good stepping in as her baby sister," I casually replied.

Before Andy replied, my stomach growled extremely loud.

We both laughed.

"Darling are you that hungry?" Andy asked chuckling.

I shook my head.

"Well sort of we didn't eat lunch today," I told Andy.

"That's not good darling," Andy replied kissing my temple.

"Johnny and I wanted to work through lunch so we could get home earlier," I replied.

Andy sighed.

"I know you wanted that and I am glad but your health darling," Andy replied concerned.

"It's just 2 more weeks and things will go back to normal," I pleaded with him.

"It better be because I just worry about you ok?" Andy asked.

I sighed. He knew how I was truly feeling on the inside.

"I promise love. Now when is the food getting here?"  I joked as my stomach growled loud again.

Andy chuckled.

"10 more minutes and you can eat to your heart's content," Andy replied kissing my temple.

Here was to a hungry evening.
