"Darling, Christmas is 21 days away and you've yet to inform me of what you want for Christmas," Andy commented as we strolled through a downtown pop-up vendor show.

We saw an ad for it in the newspaper and since I love supporting local, we decided to go since it was on a Sunday.

"I'm not one to ask for stuff you know that," I told him.

"Then do I just get stuff that my heart says to?" Andy asked as we paused at one of the booths.

This one was an older lady who had handmade earrings.

I chuckled.

"You could give me a phonebook for Christmas and I'd be happy," I told him.

The vendor lady overheard and chuckled.

"Or get her a nice pair of earrings. These sun earrings seem to represent her personality," the lady showed us.

They were silver suns with gemstones on the sun ray parts. They were beautiful.

"Oh my goodness those are absolutely beautiful," I remarked as I picked them up from her.

"They look like they are meant to go home with someone like you," the lady commented.

Andy glimpsed at the price tag. They were 25 bucks.

"We'll take them," Andy told her as he counted out some cash.

"Oh my gosh Andrew," I told him as the lady took the cash from him.

"They were meant to be yours darling," Andy told me.

"I think your husband is right," the lady chuckled as she gave us her business card and a bag for the earrings.

"Aw," I remarked as I kept staring at them.

"Consider it an earring Christmas gift darling," Andy told me.

"Thank you love you don't know how happy I am," I remarked.

"This is why I do what I do," the vendor lady told us.

"Thank you and Merry Christmas!"  I told her.

"Merry Christmas and take care. I have a small shop in the old town part towards that candy shop," the vendor lady told me.

"We will keep that in mind," Andy told her as he reached to grab my hand.

As we walked away, my stomach growled.

"Do they have any food trucks or food places?" I commented as my eyes scanned for somewhere to get some food.

"Hmm well, the little ad in the paper said a taco truck would be here?" Andy remarked.

I paused to look for the word "taco" somewhere in the area.

"There it is," Andy remarked as he pointed towards the parking lot.

All the food trucks were lined up by the entrance of the little setup.

"Let's go I'm starving," I told him.

Andy and I hand in hand walked over to the taco truck.

We got two tacos each and went and found a place to sit down and enjoy them.

"Here is the water you asked for," Andy handed me a bottle of water.

"Thanks love," I commented as we both grabbed the salsa to dip our tacos in.

"I hope they are good," Andy remarked as he took a bite.

I was already enjoying my food.

"Mmmm," I commented.

Andy chuckled.

"They are pretty good," Andy commented.

"Yes good golly how do we make tacos like this at home?" I asked.

"You are definitely a foodie," Andy told me.

"Yeah yeah," I told him as I nudged him.

Andy and I enjoyed our food before heading out back home.

It was already 3 o'clock. I was wanting to go home and unwind and sort through some of the stuff we bought. I got some stuff for my sister and parents that would need to be shipped ASAP.

"Where to?" Andy asked as we settled into the car.

"Home sweet home," I told Andy who began pulling out of the space.

"Damn all I can think about is the earrings you got me and the tacos," I joked.

Andy laughed.

"The earrings you have to wear tomorrow darling so I can see how they look," Andy told me proudly.

"I promise I will," I told him.

I got that Sunday kind of love don't I?
