"I Like You"
You are a sunset, you are a beautiful flower
You are a garden, you are the mighty sea
My thoughts are filled with your image
My heart is filled with love and curiosity
Curiosity as to how I am deserving to be in front of you
What a beautiful sight is your face
What a beautiful sound is your voice
What a beautiful word is your name
How nice it is to stop by and look at you
My eyes became a source of rivers and oceans
The humble butterfly fell for the light
You brought trouble to my heart
The way you make it seem like it stopped
But the opposite happens
It is beating faster than it has ever been
You are trouble in my life
The way you confused my head
Taking away my logical mind and careful thinking
Your smiling face is a rare sight but when seen,
It brought wonder to those who witnessed it
I was one of them, I was mesmerized by your smile
And how it did things to my heart
Your beauty is such a sight to behold
I wonder why no one is talking about it
Such stature will melt any stone wall
Such presence can make the waves calm
Such a smile can make the earthquakes stop
Such eyes will make the sun envious
Such kindness will revive any dead butterflies
No matter how long they have been forgotten
And I don't think I can forget you
It will be the trial of the century

I would tell you to look back at the title
That is all you need to know
I filled this poem with sweet words that would attract a colony of ants
I filled this poem with words that if ever you fall there won't be a way out
But sometimes, the simplest of words are enough
Those three words are the best way to reflect my heart.
