"Fearless"

In life, there are so many probable origins of fear

Fear of being far away from things you hold dear

Fear of being near, too near to something you can't hold

You're almost there, just ALMOST...

Fear of the unknown, things you can't explain

Fear of trusting others because you fear pain

Fear of the past, fear of the present, fear of the next day

Not knowing where you're heading is worse than taking the wrong way.

Fear of failure, fear of not being good enough

To have worth you need to stand out

Looking for validation from others is a routine

We mourn things that we wish we could've been.

Living with fear is being stuck inside the box

We all create the box that protects us

We hide from the harsh world and shut people out

Hoping that someday happiness will replace doubt.

As we let our fears control our lives,

We shrink as a person and get buried even deeper in the pit we made

The "shouldn't" and "couldn't" increase in time

Shouldn't do this, Couldn't do that, Maybe this is all we can ever reach.

Is this all we can be? Is this really where we stand?

The Lord God said "Don't be afraid of anyone or no one"

"I am with you, I will save thee and you will be delivered"

Why is he the only one to stand by us? Is this something we deserved?

When it's him who called your name, you shall obey

The great one of all was the one who summoned and say

He will catch you no matter how many times you fail

You are his and always will be.

No one will hurt you when you choose to be with him

He'll love you forever, he'll forgive your failure and sin

And even if you cry you'll find a reason to smile

He is the light, he's the path, he is everything worth your while.

With him I can be everything, I can beat anything

Who can be against me if I got the Almighty?

Oceans will be cut, all mountains will be moved

All water can be walked into and nothing is impossible.

We might not deserve his greatness but it doesn't matter

He molds you, scolds you, heals you for the better

His offer is joy and bravery of what's to come in the future

So we can be fearless of pain, the evil archer.

I'm Fearless not because I don't fear anything

I'm Fearless because I'll face everything

Even if I'm afraid, I'll stand strong, stay still

His love and glory are the greatest deal.

We may still experience suffering and strife

We might still be blind in our path in life

But this time God is my light, he is my guide

I'm not alone anymore because I got him by my side.
