32: Resilience

(a/n warning, there will be violence, all of the dialogue that's in brackets is the characters speaking in Ukrainian or Russian if you want me to try and do dialogue in other languages I'll try but it'll be copied and pasted since I'll use google translate and might be botched, I'm sorry)

Andriy's POV 

"(What are we going to do?)" Boyka asked," (I have no clue. We have to keep fighting these monsters that keep appearing)." I said.

"(They want to kill us as they did to 4 a few months ago and turn them into those monsters)." She said when a black abyss opened and out came a monster.

"(get back into the warehouse, I'll deal with this monster)," I said and Borysko ran out" (launch me at that monster)," I said putting my foot on his hand and sending me flying straight over the thing's head and threw the sword, stabbing its head, making it disintegrate dropping the sword to the ground.

2 more came out, running up I avoided the claws trying to cut me down and chopped the legs off of both making them scream in pain"(you are not going to kill any more of my friends, now die!)" I said hopping up and running to the neck and slitting its throat and making it disintegrate, stabbing a second one when more came.

"(How many more are going to come?)" Borysko asked holding his sword at the ready"(with this many we're going to die)." I said throwing the sword into the eye hole of the mask and making it keep over in pain, taking the sword I stabbed its neck and killed it then chopped the legs off a bug-type monster and stabbed it when the 3rd wave arrived.

"(that's all, it was an honor fighting by your side)." Borysko said"( we can't die! We have to keep fighting! Don't die on me!)" I yelled frantically and we continued dealing with the hoard of monsters.

"(Hey! Need any help!?)" We looked over to see several people wearing black robes and wielding swords like us but 3 of them were wearing white, blue, and red"( we dealt with 2 waves before you got here! What do you think!?)" I shouted stabbing another one.

The next second the ones wearing black are at our side fighting them off with ease, the ones wearing white were a little slower to fend them off telling me that they were students or new guys. After a couple of minutes, all of the monsters were dealt with"(thank you, now please leave)." I said.

"(we're here to pass you on to the soul society, there is no need to fear)." 

"(where are the rest of you?)" 

"(follow us)," I said and we led them into the warehouse.

Hisagi's POV

Walking into the warehouse we saw 150 souls in the place and were terrified" vy rozmovlyayete anhliysʹkoyu? (can you speak English?)" I asked," yes we all can speak English." The man that fought alongside us said" how long have you been protecting these guys?" I asked.

"Ever since I met him a few days after I died, he was protecting these guys from the monsters by himself, there used to be 200 of us but over the years 50 of them got eaten and turned into those monsters after being eaten, the last 4 being a few months ago, in that time we became a family. My name is Borysko." He said," the name's Andriy, what are you guys?" Andriy asked," we're grim reapers." Kanisawa said.

"We've seen a couple of you but made sure to stay out of sight not knowing what you would do," Andriy said," what you saw was one part of what we do, we also send souls like you to the soul society." I said," I heard, we don't want to deal with these monsters anymore." Borysko said.

A hand grabbed my shihakusho, and looking down a 5-year-old is looking up at me, I slapped a hand over my mouth, and tears are starting to gather in my eyes"...me first! Mommy!" She called in broken English as her mother jogged over, I stamped both of them and they left" come on guys, we're going home." Borysko said, they all gathered and we started sending them off.

10 minutes later the entire warehouse is empty" they're still going to be dealing with the hollows every once in a while but with them it's different." I said," they need to learn to control their reiatsu." Kanisawa said," maybe some of them might go to the academy next year." Aoga said shrugging.

"That's possible." 

"Let's go." 

We walked out of the warehouse as people cautiously made their way to the warehouse, we vacated not taking the chance they can see us, the mission is completed.
