39: Pink Hair

several hours later, Hasine's POV 

Walking into the barracks with Kiri, Hinamori, and Rukia, Kiri went upstairs while the 3 of us opted to stay on the first floor, putting my bag down I went to sit down when I saw a 5-year-old girl with light pink hair and reddish brown eyes sitting there" what brings you here?" I asked," are you the one that soaked fruit cake with another person's zanpaktou?" She asked.

"Yeah, why? I was just showing a friend his ability, he still has to unlock it himself, who are you, and who is fruit cake?" I asked," good to know since my captain wants to fight you when you graduate the academy for kicks even as fruit cake tried to talk him down from fighting an archangel." She said, I spluttered" how do you know what I am?" I asked.

"The old man told me when I asked plus I was here when you killed that demon with a mysterious sword, I just added it up, it started when you shook the place 2 years ago." She said," please don't mention that to anyone else, please." I said," I haven't told anyone, I don't plan on it plus he told me he's a fallen angel, I knew there was something up when he gave that demon a gash with no problem." She said," what's your name?" Rukia asked" Yachiru Kusajishi, why?" She asked.

"From a distance, you look innocent but in those eyes, they're full of bloodlust, are you sure you're not possessed by a zanpaktou spirit?" I asked," that can happen?" Rukia asked," I read about it in a book I found in the library, they use people as vessels and take control while the actual soul is unharmed if someone can't establish a dialogue with their zanpaktou spirits." I explained.

"Like my captain, you're right, I am possessing a girl by the name of Yachiru Kusajishi but my name is Nozarashi, captain Zaraki's zanpaktou spirit." She said, tone changing drastically" your secret is safe with us." I said," could you make that 4 since I heard all of it?" Hinamori asked," Hasine already said that." Rukia said she shrugged" so what's your name?" Yachiru/Noazarashi asked" Hasine Fahad, that would be Rukia." I said.

"Can I call you blood streaks?" Yachiru asked," no, just call me by my name." I said flatly" it was either that or something that would piss you off." She said shrugging" I don't want either nickname, just call me Hasine." I said when I realized that Yachiru is trying to trick out the fun with me" ok, I'll just call you that." She said," I already figured out you bond with people, you are basically painting a big target on your back by pranking people." I said pointedly.

"Nothing gets by you, are you going to soak me with water or booted out of the barracks?" She asked," I can bring water out of the floor through the foundation and soak you that way but I won't, I won't kick you out." I said," how many souls have you guided up to heaven?" She asked.

"One and that was 500 years ago, he was broken like my friends but treated much, much worse, he was treated like pond scum, it took me 170 years to get him to open up, and when he did it is when I guided him up to heaven. 

When I became a fallen angel for 20 years and guided several souls to Shinigami in the area but I didn't know that they had friends in an abandoned silk factory and I felt bad after m-you're trying to make me feel bad as a backup plan to get back on track." I said glaring playfully at the girl.

She shrugged" maybe." Yachiru said," I can control ice and the snow in its wake with my sword, you might want to run before I utter the command." I said, her eyes widened and she booked it out of the barracks" you can make snowballs without your sword." Rukia said, I shrugged" I didn't want to tell her that." I said.

1 hour later, Mashiro's POV

"So how'd it go?" I asked, I didn't expect Yachiru to punch me in the face" you visited yourself, you saw her doing her ability, you should've told me she could control ice, her sword is a multi-elemental, not just earth and water." Yachiru said," you didn't have to punch me over it, did she figure out you were playing around with her?" I asked" twice, nothing gets past her." Yachiru said," it was worth a shot." I said.

"Watch your back," She said and walked out and past Kensei" what happened?" He asked," well I'm officially on her hit list, I sort of forgot to tell her the black-haired woman at the academy can control ice with her zanpaktou." I said, Kensei hummed and walked out
