153: Mystic arrival

3 days later, Chojiro's POV

The sun is starting to set but no banshees have tried to break through and attack, several tried but they just bounced off the field and fell back to the ground, also with the sunset the mystics are scheduled to arrive and we have to leave" why are you looking at the necklace?" Nemu asked snapping me out of my thoughts.

"As soon as the sun goes down this will start glowing and the portal will be activated so the mystics can get down here," Hasine said," how do they activate it remotely?" Nemu asked," they sense where I am and send a silent command to open it, when it does we have to leave immediately." She said, she nodded" if we don't then we'll be knocked out and kicked back to the Sereitei." Nemu said.

"Does activating the necklace require some kido spell we don't know of?" I asked," not that I know of but maybe." Hasine said then paused for a few seconds" yeah, Gabriel has just confirmed that, it doesn't have a number but it only has the phrase open." She said," can you open portals by yourself?" I asked," I can but if I wanted to open one with the spell I don't know the ritual." Hasine said as I turned back to watch the setting sun.

Several minutes later the last rays of the sun are just visible and I turned back to the others" time to leave guys, the necklace just lit up." Hasine said and like she said the jewel is glowing and getting bright, the others ran off, me following, taking a quick glance over my shoulder the portal opened before turning back to the rest to rest of the group.

"Hey, where's Nemu?" I called" crap! Nemu get your ass back here!" Renji shouted, and several seconds later she caught up with us" why do you want to be knocked out and your memories wiped of ever seeing them so bad?" I asked," I just wanted to see the portal open." She said," that's not an excuse!" I countered" you're right, I apologize, what's my punishment?" Nemu asked," that reprimand was your punishment, nothing more." I said.

1 minute earlier, Nemu's POV

"Times up guys, the necklace just lit up," Hasine said, the jewel lightning up and getting brighter with each second, the others turned and got out of there, I stayed behind and several seconds later the portal opened out of thin air knowing that the mystics are coming through.

I just want to catch a glimpse of what they looked like when I saw several figures coming into focus" Nemu! Get your ass back here!" Renji shouted' I got to go.' I thought shunpo'ing away in time to the others" why do you want to be knocked out and have your memories wiped so bad?" Chojiro asked," I just wanted to see the portal open." I said.

"I already asked why you want to be knocked out and have your memories wiped of seeing them and kicked back to the Sereitei so bad?" Chojiro asked," you're right, I apologize, what's my punishment?" I asked," that reprimand was your punishment, nothing more." He said, I smiled a little that it wasn't worse but I'm more worried about what father would think when Akon tells him.
