41: Watery payback

4 months later, Jun's POV 

Sitting on the steps I looked out at the backyard, when I told the girls of my story they were both furious and in pain with my parents' actions and making friends with everyone that heard and the closest being Bianca, since getting everything off my chest with the first visit the 2 of us have been visiting on the weekends to talk and help each other out, my friends coming along as added support.

Over that time I've felt a lot better than when I started since I have someone, I can talk to and not be awkward or disgusted over what happened to me, but those first sessions were still excruciatingly painful to talk about and relive.

After the first session, Kiri didn't even want to be in the room for the following 5 but she still stuck around and took it in stride but still ran out of the room and back to hers crying her eyes out but like Hasine said this will stick with me for the rest of my life as it is still grey and not full of color. 

Looking over I saw a bunch of water buckets, getting up I walked over to see that they were all filled with water, looking up at the sky I shielded my eyes from the midsummer sun and the heat it was casting down and grinned having gotten an idea of getting back at Kiri, turning back to the bucket I dunked my hands in there and soaked my face. 

Grumbling in relief as the cool water hit my skin and thought back on the paint fight I ran out on thinking it would've been fun to get involved in but I had to keep moving or it would mean returning to the living hell that was my parents" hey, are you feeling any better?" Kiri asked walking out" yeah I am, I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel." I said standing up" are you planning on coming to visit Bianca every year?" She asked.

"Yeah, I am, on another note, my zanpaktou spirit hasn't told me her name, once she does we can figure out my abilities," I said," like Micelos, you're strong so are you planning on interrogating your zanpkatou spirit to tell you her name?" Kiri asked," if it means that then I'll do it, it's my chance." I said," I've been waiting for you to say that, my name is Jiyu." She said," what is it?" Kiri asked," I just learned my zanpaktous name, her name is Jiyu." I said.

"That fits you well." Kiri said," yeah it does, along with the payback I'm dishing out!" I said then threw water into her face, she shrieked" you are so on." Kiri said and chaos broke out with the 2 of us running around the yard, grabbing buckets of water and throwing the contents at each other as laughter filled the air.
