148: Come back

2 days later, Hasine's POV

Walking through the portal into the courtyard of the 4th division I flash-stepped into the same examination room from the last time and sat on the bed and several seconds later Isane came in" why can't you just walk in here?" She asked" I prefer to flash-step in here, it's faster." I said" I thought you would've come back 2 days ago, what held you up?" Isane asked.

"Did you hear 7 booms?" I asked" yeah we all did and wondered who did that when chunked of charred marble crashed straight through West Rukongai an destroying a couple of houses and into the lower levels of heaven, what was that about?" Isane asked taking my shihakusho off along with my gi and I sensed her eyes widen" how'd you get this bruise?" Isane asked.

"I got this when we were flung into the wall with the second explosion along with the others, my wings included but there fine." I said" how far away were you from the epicenter of the explosions?" Isane asked.

"A mile away and that was just the second explosion, with each explosion they got more powerful, the final one punched a hole through the ground into 2nd-level heaven, a couple dozen more of those and the Watchers would be freed if she hadn't stopped." I explained, Isane spluttered" that's just crazy, how hasn't happened way earlier?" She asked.

"She was late bloomer, that's why it didn't happen sooner, and no she didn't explode with fire she explodes with energy and could be the strongest out of all the energy manipulators if she did all that." I explained" jeez, did they put a limiter on her?" Isane asked.

"Angels who don't have power don't have a limiter put in them, we do but when we use our power the limiter melts away for us when in battle to fight full force, we control that power so it doesn't destroy the nearest town on earth or down here, that's what uncontrolled is like, punching holes through the levels of heaven and earth or causing severe damage." I explained.

Isane's eyes widened" that was uncontrolled? I wouldn't want to be anywhere near the late bloomer if she detonated." Isane said" yeah, 20 angels were a little too close and ended up being knocked out and severely burned, there wings nearly completely gone from the 7 blasts and that included Ramiel and Zedikiel who tried to get close and ended up careening into the throne and crashing into the wall just a minute apart." I said.

Isane hummed" yeah, Oziri came by and asked what happened, we had no idea and she's going to stay and get some answers." She said" I'll be going back in the morning, but thanks for telling me." We turned to see the angel in question leaning on the wall" how long have you been there?" Isane asked" since you came into the room and heard everything, that's a nasty bruise." Oziri said.

"It's healing pretty fast, so in the last month, 2 new angels went to the training school, one to properly control their powers and the other blew a hole through the levels of heaven." Isane said.

"I went down to the living world for 2 days and talked to a few local soul reapers and they said they heard the booms from down there, but it was faint, people were asking about it, devout believers were calling anyone who would listen on the streets saying it's a message, it's not a messageand that's what Aziraphale said when he asked Gabriel when he came up for answers, I was in France among a huge crowd in a cloak hiding my identity." She said.

"Did anyone come up and ask you what the booms were?" I asked" several actually and I never answered except with a vague answer of someones power is out of control up there and left before they could press any further, the other agents of heaven from around the world doing the same thing." Oziri said.

"So gathering happened all over the world?" Isane asked" pretty much, I heard from both angels and soul reapers stationed around Europe to ask for information."Oziri said" so it's chaos in other words." Isane said, Oziri nodded" it's not going to blow over for a month just wanting to make sure it's not the sign of the end times." I said" how did you get that bruise?" Hanataro asked" being flung into a wall." I said.

"Did it have to do with the debris that fell from up top after the booms?" He asked and explained to him about the late bloomer" yeah, about that, I heard from some local Soul Reapers that the chunks fell into Ukraine and scientists took them away for study." Hanataro said, our eyes widened" say what?" How did they even see said marble chunks?" Oziri asked.

"Everyone could see them, not just the spiritually aware and some said heaven is at war saying it sounded like a bomb went off." He said" you're not wrong since the angel that did blow up was literally a ticking time bomb." I said" what would've happened if the explosions reached earth?" Hanataro asked" make a massive hole in the ground where the Watchers are imprisoned and might've actually freed them by accident." Oziri said.

"Nevermind I said that, what about the banshees in Samael's level?" He asked" they're going to take advantage and cause suffering and make people deaf until Samael can cummone them back, any banshee that tries to get in here would be killed immediately since they like feeding on vengeful souls." I said" so there demons basically?" Isane asked, I nodded.

Oziri left and went straight to the 1st division to make a report and we kept talking about the banshees and how to deal with them and then explaining that below heaven are a ton of portals between it and Hueco Mundo that's underneath it before getting onto the topic of the mystics.

A mysterious group of angels absolutely no one knows about that will kick anyone out and so they can fix damage and saying they're going to be down here in the next week to repair the damage before putting my shihakusho back on and went straight to the captains meeting to tell them what happened and what will happen in the next week but I know others will be asking questions of what happened.
