61: Watching from Afar

10 days later, Capri's POV 

Rain is pouring outside, everyone is out partying leaving me here hanging out in the barracks sitting on the bed and reading, bored out of my mind, when I first did the test I was so excited to become a Soul Reaper, fast forward 3 years and I still don't have friends out of choice, I did better on my tests and studying - and then came the review exam was slapped in front of us to decide the rest of our time here.

I was in the corner of the assembly hall studying and studying here, and my bunkmate asked why I wasn't studying with others, all I said was that I work better alone and she left me to it. When I got my test back I did as well as any of my other tests but no one to share them with. 

Sitting at the back table every lunch by myself I feel a little lonely, everyone else I had small talk with at the table was quickly snatched up with other friend groups.

Even my zanpaktou spirit is telling me to find some friends so I'm not talking with basically a fragment of my own soul, looking over to the door I slammed my book shut and walked outside, the rain instantly soaked me, the first thing I heard was the clashing of swords' I thought everyone else was partying?' I thought. 

Walking toward the clash I saw a group of 10 and all of them are sparring with each other, the woman with black hair and red streaks running through it was overwhelming the dark red-headed kid before she whipped his sword out of his hand where it dug into the group,' impressive.' I thought not wanting to be on the other side of her sword in a fight if I were to turn on her and quite frankly it's terrifying since I've watched her go Shikai.

Just 2 days ago she practiced the fire part of her Shikai and incinerated a target into a pile of ashes, people are saying she can control all 6 of the elements and she figured it out 3 days after learning her zanpaktous name by fighting him into submission for that to happen. 

Adelaida, one of the people studying told one of her study mates that back in December and before her, 10 others tried and failed to imprint on that asauchi and leave a tiny ability with him but she somehow got rid of 8 of those abilities when I thought it to be impossible, also other people say one of those remaining abilities allows her to use other people zanpaktous like she did nearly 2 years ago and sliced a tree in half.

Adelaida also said that the other ability she kept was complete hypnosis, yeah, I would really not want to go against her with a sword that powerful and that's only her Shikai when someone asked about her Bankai and what it would do and all she said was that she had no idea.

' I got an idea of what it could do, create a black hole and destroy all of heaven, hell, and Hueco Mundo in one fell swoop if used at full power.' I thought shuddering at the thought of that. At this point, I'm even wondering if she was even an ordinary human soul or not when I saw the angel sword spirit and thought the latter, she's an angel sent here to protect us or accidentally destroy us all.

I snapped out of my thoughts when I heard a yelp, looking over I saw the black-haired girl duck something when I saw it, my eyes widened, and ducked the mud ball and it exploded harmlessly on the wall" watch where you throw that thing!" I yelled" sorry!" The pale blonde apologized.

I didn't see the second mud ball until I was hit in the face" Seriously?" I asked wiping as much mud off as I could and glaring at the redheaded 5th year, his hands covered in mud" I meant to hit her." He said pointing at the brown-haired woman, her hair done up in a folded bun, I remember her name being Jun, and hanging my head I also remembered hearing what happened to her.

"Are you sure about that? I think you want me to join your mud fight." I said," you can say that, you want to join us?" She asked," you hit me in the face, you're so on." I said and several seconds later chaos broke out.
