31: Rumors confirmed

6 days later, Hasine's POV 

"Hey, there's a rumor going around that a mission is coming up and the Gotei is a few members short of their team." 

"Who's going?"

"I don't know, maybe they'll come walking in here and ask." 

"Have you heard the rumors going around?" Jack asked" yeah, we heard in first class and Amihan mentioned it but not much more." Renji said," my teacher told us to shut up and get on with class as usual and mentioned it before telling us no 1st years are going on that mission since we just got our asauchis." Aaron said," maybe you guys are going since your zanpaktou spirits have already been born." Jack said.

"That's not very likely, we still have to train with them even if Hasine is the only one who's learned her swords abilities, we still need help unlocking our Shikais." Iba said," I unlocked yours but you still have a lot to learn along with Rukia with the pre-Shikai dance." I said," shut the front door, how did you unlock their abilities so early?" Jack asked.

"A small ability that Micelos has, reading other zanpaktou and I can use them as well, I can't copy their abilities if I ever get separated from my own sword in the midst of battle." I said" that's so cool! But don't you think it's kind of useless?" Jack asked, Renji coughed.

"You weren't in the courtyard when she put the admin lady in her place, she has the ability to control all 6 elements, 5 if you don't count ice, she fought her sword spirit into submission to learn those abilities," Hinamori said," it only took her 3 days after learning his name." Renji finished" thanks." I said," so what did you do to get the admin lady in her place to respect you?" Aaron asked.

"She destroyed the entire courtyard with the exception of the area where the admin lady was standing where she stabbed her sword into the ground and erected 4 stone pillars, she did this with her hands mind you and she left and repaired it as if nothing happened," Kiri said, both of there eyes widened" I would never want to fight her in that Shiaki stage." Jack said," or any of them," Aaron said.

The doors slammed open literally seconds after Aaron said that and a few Shinigami walked in, the cafeteria fell silent as everyone looked over at them.

"You all may have heard of the rumors that we're a few people short for a mission, all of the 1st years who just got their asauchis, please go sit in the back." 

"Rude," I muttered as Jack and Aaron stood up and went to the back with the other 1st years.

"Anyone who is willing to come on this mission please stand up and come with us to the office to be briefed on the said mission, we'll be leaving tonight."

The whole room looked at each other wondering who was going when Hisagi stood up, same with Kanisawa and Aoga, they were last year's classmates and Hisagi's classmates in lingual class this year,

"The 3 of you that stood up, please follow us to the office to be briefed."

The 3 of them left and the moment they did everyone broke out into applause for their bravery" looks like we're going to have a few celebrities among us in the future." Renji said," yeah, that might mean he'll be sitting at tables 4-6 where all the popular people hang out." Rukia said," he's still our friend, he's still going to hang out with us unless he gets pressured into sitting with them." I said as Jack and Aaron came back to our table.

"So it's either life or death for them now." Jack said," I was in his place in the first battle I ever fought, I honestly thought I was going to die like all of the trumpet blowers beside me but I lived with only a crushed arm." I said, Jack cringed" good thing you told me her story or I'd have no clue of what she just said." Aaron said.

6 hours later Hisagi's POV 

Running back to the school to meet up with the team I saw the others standing near the stairs" hey, what are you doing?" I asked," we're here to see you off, good luck." Rukia said," you're going to need it." Hasine said," you killed hollows with rocks, it's only a small backlog of souls in Ukraine, maybe a few hollows since it was said that a couple of them have high reiatsu." I said.

"We'll see you when you get back, don't do anything stupid," Renji said" no promises but I'll try," I said" what's taking you so long!? Let's go!" Kanisawa called" I'm coming!" I shot back running up the stairs and back into the building so we can leave.
