192: Armistice negotiations

1 month 1/2 later, Adelaida's POV

Charing out of the forest I spotted the car driving straight for Compiègne, unsheathing my sword I held it out" spryatat'sya v teni, smeshat'sya v tsvete. Smeshat'sya v tsvete, Smes' Teney." I said blending in seamlessly with my surroundings and shunpo'ed right on top of the car' this is it, the final stretch of the war.' I thought.

A few hours later the car motored up to the train car and the 4 German delegates got out of the car along with allied officials from another car before walking into the train car to meet to hammer the terms for surrender" so, shall we get started?" Foch said, the others didn't say anything except nod in agreement and the talks got started.

The meeting went on for the next 4 days and I listened to the harsh deals of surrender which I did kind of agree with until Foch made a prophecy that this isn't peace, this is only an armistice that'll last for 20 years at max, that gave me chills down my spine and really hoping that doesn't come to pass but something tells me it will set the perfect storm of payback for a part 2 of this war.

On the 5th day, the document was signed and they all left, I shunpo'ed out of the train car, took out several butterflies, and sent them out with the same message to everyone.

Hasine's POV

Purifying several dozen hollows with earth break I saw the hell butterfly flying in, the first one I saw in 4 years, holding out my find I let it land, and the message was relayed;

'After 4 days of negotiations between the allies and the German officials they have agreed to surrender but the fighting isn't going to end until 11 in the morning, we're going home guys.'

I grinned a little bit while sparse whoops sound all over the battlefield and startling a few soldiers before letting some bullets pass through my body after making it transparent, when I first got onto the battlefield soldiers were going nuts about the woman in black robes roaming in No Mans Land with no regard for her safety until they realize I'm perfectly fine from all of the bullets, gas, and bombs going by.

They went mental thinking I'm a supernatural being that's impervious to everything and they were right, they just don't know what kind, the soul reapers were laughing at the soldiers' reactions but it was kind of annoying as the American forces tried to drag me off the battlefield to safety until I phased through his arm and saying I don't need help.

He understood before making a run for it, that was 2 weeks ago and he was scared silly by that stunt, when the war ends I'll find the guy so we can have a chat.

Jack's POV

Looking up from purifying a hollow and coming out of Shikai I noticed the hell butterfly came flying in, I totally forgot about those in the 4 years of being down here, there has to be a good message on that since I'm so done leading this group as the message is relayed;

I fist pumped grinning widely, finally, after 4 long years I can have a drink with my friends after all this time apart and hang out with them even though we were stretched out several thousand miles away from each other, this is a great change as we're finally at the end of this war.
