➽─Kindly don't forget to Vote─❥

The book begins when Miray is 12 and then goes up until she's older. So the rest are younger too:
Luke - 26

Damian - 24

Vince - 21

Noah - 15

Ren - 13

Rayan - 14

Kayden - 17

I hope it's clear!

➽─Chapter 1─

Gentle knocking on the wooden door woke Miray up from her peaceful sleep. She groaned and shifted under her warm, heavy blankets, knowing precisely what was coming.

Though she wished foolishly for this time to be different.

The door opened quietly, footsteps got closer, and the bed beside her dipped a bit.

"Morning, angel," Damian whispered softly and pulled the sheets down slightly, his hand reaching to brush Miray's long silky hair that splayed messily over her angelic face. "Come on, let's have breakfast together," he chirped, leaning in to press a lingering kiss against her delicate shoulder.

Of course. - Miray groaned inwardly.

Every morning, she would be woken up from her restful sleep to eat breakfast with everyone, although she didn't even have to go to school since she was home-schooled. Which meant she didn't have to stick to a school-style timetable or follow school terms.

The breakfast was a stupid rule set up by her brothers.

Mainly Damian and Luke.

Especially Damian.

Why? Because it was family time, and they wanted her to eat breakfast with them.

Under their supervision.

Miray didn't mind spending time with her brothers. In fact, she enjoyed it. But it wasn't just her brothers she had to meet every morning.

There was Barbara, the twins, and sometimes her dad...

Besides, Miray usually stays up all night and never gets much sleep, and to be woken up at 6:30 in the morning was pretty tough.

Not that anyone cared...

"Damian~" Miray let out a distressed whine. "I'll eat later," she grumbled into her pillow, pulling the blanket over her head again.

Can't they just let her sleep for once?

"Darling, you can sleep afterward, I promise." Damian's hand caressed her soft cheek affectionately and then slid down her neck and shoulders, massaging gently.

"Come on, love, I only got 45 minutes left before I leave." He pleaded, glancing at his hand watch. "Don't you want to spend some time together?" he added with sadness in his voice.

Here comes the guilt trip.

Miray hated it.

Of course, she wanted to spend time with her brothers. It just... it was hard to wake up early in the morning when she'd only slept for two hours.

Miray took a deep breath, and after a long moment of consideration, she obeyed. "Okay, I'll be down in a moment," she sighed, defeated, eyes still closed.
