As Ren departed, Miray lay on her bed and stretched her arms wide, allowing her hair to spread around her. A radiant smile adorned her lips as her heart brimmed with overwhelming happiness.

The beautiful words Ren had spoken echoed in her mind, and she felt a sense of pure joy. Deep within her, Miray held unwavering trust in his sincerity, believing every word he had uttered.

So she was a good person...

Miray's mind was filled with thoughts as she pondered the question that troubled her deeply: How could she truly be a good person if so many people seemed to hate her?

The confusion and doubt started to swirl within her because, logically, if she was a good person, more people would love her than hate her, right?

Miray couldn't figure out if she had more people who loved her or hated her, so to make sense of it all, she walked to her desk, sat in her chair, and grabbed her notebook.

Opening a fresh page, she divided it into three sections: Love, Grey, and Hate. Before starting, she took a deep breath, preparing herself for the task ahead.

In the first category, Miray listed the people she believed truly loved her. She began with Luke, Vince, Damian, Kaiden, Ren, Steve, Jasmine, her three brothers, Amber, and Damian's girlfriend Sophia.

She included her aunt Ally, Emir, and Aylin, as well as her late uncle Adam, whose death brought a wave of sadness to her heart. Shaking off the negative emotion, Miray refocused and continued her list, adding Dylan and Alex, Ren's father, even though she didn't have a strong connection with him.

She couldn't shake off the feeling of being desperate for including people who weren't particularly close to her, but to people she loved. But then again, as she pondered about it, Miray couldn't deny that these individuals all had shown her kindness and affection.

They always made her feel loved.

Moving on to the next category, Miray wrote down the names of Noah and Rayan. And as she stared at their names, a wave of sadness and disappointment washed over her because Miray had always held a deep and special love for these two and had hoped they loved her back.

As a kid, she used to believe that she would have a lovely relationship with both Noah and Rayan because of the strong bond they had.

But reflecting on how they treated her, Miray's heart couldn't help but doubt that they truly loved her. Though at the same time, she acknowledged that they didn't seem to hate her either, leading her to place them in a separate category, a gray area of uncertainty regarding their feelings.

Moving to the last category, Miray let out a sigh and wrote down the name of Arthur, her biggest hater. Following his name, she listed the twins, Arthur's mother, and his sister, knowing that Arthur's entire family seemed to hate her.
