Hey everyone,
I'm in a bit of a writing slump, and I could really use your input. Lately, I've been struggling to find the excitement in the events of my story.
It's a new feeling for me...
I even wrote an entire chapter and ended up deleting it (sobs). So, I'm kindly asking for your help.
I've noticed that I'm more confident when it comes to writing sad and dark chapters, but I'm still struggling to capture those fluffy and cute moments without feeling a bit (I don't know the exact word to use...unease?).
Please share your thoughts and give me more feedback. Your input is my motivation to keep going.
Thank you!
I didn't want to write this note alone, so here's a looong chapter~ I hope you'll enjoy.

Miray tried her best to endure the discomfort in silence, not wanting to disrupt the others in the car. She shifted in her seat, hoping to find a more comfortable position that would alleviate the pain and make it easier for her to breathe. Ren continued to show her videos and share stories, but Miray's focus was on her own discomfort.
She wrestled with the idea of speaking up and asking for a break, but her fear of being seen as annoying or disrupting the trip kept her silent. They hadn't even been on the road for half an hour and she was... about to ruin it for everyone, including herself as she knew that her asking for a break would raise questions and make them worried sick.
Miray's internal struggle continued as she silently endured the pain, hoping that her discomfort would subside on its own or that she could find a better position without drawing attention to herself.
As she was on the verge of shifting again, Vince's arm gently sneaked around her hip and silently pulled her closer to his chest. He positioned himself against the car door in such a way that his chest provided support for Miray.
Miray tilted her head slightly so she could look at him, "What are you doing?" she whispered worriedly.
Did her shifting around made him notice she wasn't comfortable?
"Trying to get comfortable," he replied, gently brushing her hair away from her forehead and meeting her gaze. "Comfortable?" he asked in a hushed tone, his breath tickling her hair.
Miray attempted to pull away, but Vince's firm yet gentle hold kept her in place. He spoke in a warning yet affectionate tone, "Rei, I'm comfortable; just relax, okay?"
Miray, knowing Vince wouldn't accept 'no', allowed herself to relax against him, grateful for his help.
"Just tell me if it's not comfortable," Vince added, a bit concerned, as he tried to adjust her position so her legs weren't all scrunched up.
Miray whispered back, "I'm comfy," reassuring him, and tilted her head back to look at him. However, a hint of guilt crept in, and she pouted, asking, "But what about you?"
