And... Enjooooy!!

After a long hug, Miray pulled back, and her eyes searched for Noah. He was sitting on the table, the same spot Vince was sitting before he joined them on the sofa. He was talking to Luke, but as if sensing her gaze, he turned to look at her and smiled.

Miray felt like crying, but she managed a smile, coaxing her lips to turn upward instead of curling into a pout.

She felt grateful.

Too grateful and too lucky to have such great people around her.

"Thank you," she mouthed, unsure if her voice had carried the words aloud or if they were only silent movements. Nevertheless, whether spoken or not, Noah seemed to catch her gratitude. His smile widened, and his green eyes sparkled as he silently mouthed back, "Always."

Miray then glanced at Kaiden, Ren, and Rayan, and they all nodded with a smile that was only reserved for her.

Miray suddenly felt overwhelmed and too shy to maintain eye contact, so she looked away and focused on evening out her breathing.

Everything happening felt too good to be true, and Miray was overcome with happiness, almost to the point of feeling dizzy.

It seemed almost surreal.

Miray couldn't comprehend how, only a few days prior, she had contemplated ending it all, yet now she felt so lucky to be living the same life she once hated so deeply.

Instead of overthinking, Miray decided to embrace the moment, be grateful, and simply enjoy the happiness unfolding around her.

Everyone went to take a shower to rinse off the salt from their swim, leaving Miray and Damian alone together. The two smiled at each other and decided to whip up some sandwiches for everyone.

In the kitchen, Miray couldn't help but smile at Damian's affectionate gestures, appreciating how he seized every chance to make skin contact. These moments evoked memories of when they were still living together, preparing meals side by side, and enjoying the simple joys of their shared time.

The nostalgia tugged at Miray's heart, making her wish for those times with Damian to come back. However, she quickly dismissed the thought, regarding them as selfish. She reminded herself that Damian's happiness was more important than her nostalgic desires and that she should be grateful for what she has in the present.

At one point, Sophie passed by after her shower and smiled at Miray but didn't acknowledge Damian at all. She then grabbed her iPad and headed to the living room that was linked to the kitchen.

Damian appeared like he wanted to talk to Sophie, but he didn't initiate it. Instead, he sighed and returned to conversing with Miray.

Sensing the tension, Miray felt a pang of concern and wanted to ask what was wrong between them. Yet, her hesitation held her back, unsure if Damian would appreciate her questions.

They had just repaired their relationship, and Miray was cautious not to be noisy or bothersome.

As they finished wrapping up the sandwiches, Miray faked having something to do in her room and made an excuse to leave. She hoped this would give Damian the opportunity to chat with Sophie.
