"Crying while explaining is a different level of pain."

The room was filled with a range of reactions. From embarrassed, concerned, and guilty, to irritated by Sophie's boldness. Meanwhile, Miray's face twisted in confusion, not understanding but still panicking.

Was "period" another sickness she had been unaware of? Miray couldn't help but feel lost and worried as the others exchanged worried glances, unsure of how to respond to that.

Miray was totally clueless when it came to sexual terms. Since the fateful accident, she had developed a deep-seated hatred of anything of a sexual nature. The mere mention of such topics was like an electric shock to her senses, causing her to instinctively shut down and tune out the conversation.

Her aversion was so strong and deep that she once experienced a sudden, overwhelming panic attack during a movie night when a character in the film passionately demanded, "Kiss me!" to the main lead. This made her brothers exceptionally cautious, leading them to consistently avoid mentioning subjects related to puberty and any other adolescent topics.

Nevertheless, Miray knew where the blood came from – her cut – and was sure "period," whatever that meant, wasn't the reason. She began to search for a logical explanation. "I-I... I was... it-it's..." she started to speak, her voice quivering as she nervously fidgeted.

Luke, sensing her unease and wanting to relieve the tension, decided to intervene. "Alright, guys, I think it's best if you all leave now. She's tired and needs some rest," he announced, gently ushering everyone out of the room.

Once alone, Luke guided Miray to the bed, sitting across from her. He felt the weight of the conversation pressing on him as he struggled to find the right words. This was an unfamiliar and delicate topic, one they had never discussed before. He had a sinking feeling that he should have addressed it with her earlier, knowing how sensitive she was about human bodies, especially anything related to sex.
