The last bell of the school day, and everyone dispersed into their friend groups. Mine found their way to me. "Y/N! I haven't seen you all day, I missed you so much!" "You saw me two classes ago, Mikey," I giggled.

"For like what? Five minutes?" He shrugged. "Oh yeah, by the way, we have a Toman meeting today." I nodded, humming, "I'll be there." "Don't you have student council today? Mitsuya has his sewing club thing too," Baji stated. "Yeah, but my club will probably dismiss at five. Y/N might have to stay till five thirty, but I'll wait with her," Mitsuya said, leaning on the desk next to mine. "Why, Baji, do you not want me to be there? Is it because I'm better than you?" I taunted.

Baji took the bait, and scoffed, "You wish. I'm the better one. You just seem like it cause you buzz around like an annoying fly."

"A fly!? Excuse you!" "Okay, okay, guys, y'all are both great," Draken shook his head, stepping between us. "Where's Emma at? I need to see my bestie," I asked Mikey. "Oh my gosh, where's bestie Emma," Baji mimicked. I gave him a blank stare, "You're not funny." "She'll be here tomorrow." "Kay, great."

The captain of the volleyball club ran up to us, pushing his brown hair back. "Hey Pres, don't we have a club meeting today?" I stared at him, confused. "I don't think so? I was supposed to check on baseball today." Truth is, I don't really remember. I hope we don't since that would mean I'd have to stay until six thirty to document it and all that. I can't miss a Toman meet either. None of the executives can. Unless I ask Mikey. But I don't wanna do that.

Mitsuya chimed in, saving me, "It's tomorrow. You might have your calendar wrong." "Is today Wednesday?" The captain asked. "It's Tuesday," I answered. He flushed red, rubbing the back of his neck, "Oh my bad. I must've forgotten."

One of his friends came up behind him and shouted, "No, he didn't! He just wanted to talk to Pres!"

The boy glared at his friend and playfully put him into a headlock. "I don't know what he's talking about. My name's Haru, by the way!" And with that, he dragged his friend away. I giggled, turning back to the Toman members. "Pres! Coach says it's warm up time, the games about to start!" Called my secretary, from down the hallway. "Oh right, I'll go do that. Okay, I'll see you guys later!"

I half jogged to catch up to my secretary. "Do you have the clipboard?" I asked her. She nodded, handing it to me. "The warm ups about to start, we have to hurry."

We rushed down the stairs, and out the back doors, where the fields were. "Aye, there she is!!" Shouted Coach. I jogged up to him, and handed him the clipboard. "Here you go." "Thanks, L/N. You guys! Do better!" He yelled at the team, the turned back to me. "Could you do me a favor real quick? Can you check if the student council closet has an extra glove and bat? I know y'all hiding a lot of stuff in there." "Oh, that's all on Sorla, but yeah I'll go check. Who do you need it for?"

"INUI!! GET OVER HERE!!" A blonde boy with sleepy looking green eyes and a scar walked over. "What?" He muttered in a monotone voice. "You see L/N, one of the members on the team broke his arm last week, and everyone else said that this kid was super good, so he'll be playing for the other guy this match. He doesn't seem like he wants to, but the teams not gonna let it slide if he doesn't." I nodded.

"And Inui, you go with L/N and help her get all the stuff. Be back quick! Run as fast as you can!" I started jogging towards the door, the Inui guy following behind me.

We rushed back up the stairs, and I had to take a moment to breathe. I speed walked towards the council room, Inui keeping up with my pace effortlessly. The door slid open before I could reach it. It was Sorla. "Hey, Pres, I finished up the recap from last week. I'm heading home now." "Thanks, see you tomorrow!" "See ya!" I walked over to the closet, as the guy looked around the room, taking in his surroundings. I walked into the closet, and he followed. As I searched the shelves I noticed the light disappearing again, and that's when I realized.
