meet the newest member of our family, Lucille "Luci" Margaret Shepherd-Aguiar, our sweet girl who came into our lives during one of the darkest times. (thanks to my sister Erin for giving us her middle name, it's so perfect for her ❤️)
we will make a video about her very very soon, we have been busy getting her settled in and getting her the services she needs to catch up in her development, she is one years old now and thanks to her team, she is already catching up!
however, we will say that she is a biological sibling to our daughter Averie and that is why we were called to foster and adopt her. we couldn't say no.
one of the last times i saw my stepdad Hank, he joked about us having another baby, adopting or both. well, he was right and she shares a birthday with Hank, it has to be a sign she is from him ❤️
