Before I begin, I'd like to say that I'd previously written this and PM'd it to someone and someone was asking for it and so of you guys might like it so here it is. Also, it's the only Quicksilver one I'll be doing because tbh, I know nothing about him. - requests are still closed.

You saw, you heard, and you felt the earth shake. You wanted to turn back time, but the power production line hadn't given you that. You were forever to be stuck with pausing it, and playing it. That was it. And unluckily, you lived in your own time continuum, where when you paused time, age still came just as fast.

"Evacuate the city now," Tony said, the earpiece being connected to the nerves in your brain rather than simply pushing out sound waves. The only way you were able to hear him was because of that. The sound of propellers and of gun fire blocked the rest.

"Ok. Boat six is ready," Clint said before you heard the cries of a woman. You turned to hit one of Ultron's may forms with as much force as you could muster with a crowbar and you watched as he shattered.

As you ran closer, you watched as Clint made the decision to leave it. Then you spotted the child. His life for the child's? You knew it was unfair to let a child die, but you couldn't deny that it ran through your head. You continued running until you saw, just above the trees and buildings, a plane, driven by the original body of Ultron.

"Clint! Behind you!" you called as he grabbed the child. He saw, and then you knew it was too late as the craft began firing. You watched as Quicksilver made that decision. You were the only one who could watch him at his speed due to your power, and you watched as he calculated the bullets. He was off by less than a millionth of a second as he tried to dodge them, and immediately you froze time.

You ran over, grabbing both Clint and the child and pulling them to safety. Next you took Quicksilver, dragging him. You knew he'd still be accelerating when you unfroze time, but at least here near the wall, he'd run into something before he killed himself.

You hid with them, then let time continue, watching the spray of bullets pass you.

He looked at you, amazed. "I've never been slower than anyone," he said.

You shrugged. "I have my days."

A shield to Ultron's craft sent it flying down into the rubble and you felt a laugh escape your lips. "We made it!" you laughed.

He pulled you close and kissed you. You looked at him, startled. "We made it," he repeated, smiling.
