Chapter 56: Tiwala is mahalaga

"Where are we going, Narda? Bakit may maleta tayong dala?" Tanong ni Regina habang nakasakay sila ng van papuntang airport.

"Saan? Itatanan na kita."

Muntik na s'yang masamid sa iniinom na tubig dahil sa sagot nito. "Wait! What?"

Nginisihan lang s'ya ni Narda sabay halukipkip sa upuan.

"You can't be serious, Narda! Paano ang company? Paano ang photoshoots ko? Gusto mo bang makasuhan ako ng breach of contract?"

Tinawanan lang s'ya nito. "Relax! Sino naman ang magkakaso sa'yo eh kasama mo ang boss mo? Silly!"

Napaisip si Regina at napakibit-balikat na lang. "Sabagay. Pero saan ba talaga tayo pupunta? Sa ibang bansa ba?"

"Actually we have an interview and a photoshoot in Spain but I asked them if they can do it somewhere else. They agreed. Kaya naisip ko na dito nalang din sa Pinas gawin ang shoot. The magazines crew will arrive here in 3 to 4 days time."

"Oh, iyon naman pala. So where are we actually going now?"

"Masama bang gustuhin kong masolo ka muna before that shoot? I fucking miss you, Regina! Trabaho lang ang pwedeng maging dahilan para pwede kitang makasama. Sabihin mang i'm taking advantage as your employer, wala akong pakialam. All I have in mind now is makasama ka lang and for sure matutuwa ka sa pupuntahan natin."

Naiiling na lang si Regina. "That's so clever, boss. But I like your style. Just make sure no one will follow us and spy on us as we do our thing." Kinindatan pa n'ya ito.

Namilog ang mata ni Narda at nginitian s'ya. "Do our thing? Why do I feel excited about what I assume on what you're insinuating?"

"We'll se about that." She chuckled.

They reached the airport and continued driving until they reach the hangar.

"Chopper? Where to?"

"Relax! Just enjoy the ride."

Inalalayan s'ya ni Narda papasok ng chopper. Holding her hand with one hand and her head with the other hand as to avoid getting her hair messed up as they go up the chopper.

"You're really sweet, love."

"Just trying to give my best shot coz I am expecting a reward soon." She grinned at her.

"You're really a cutie patotie hiding one little wild monster inside you."

Ginagap nito ang isa n'yang kamay saka s'ya inakbayan. "Can't wait to bring you to paradise, love."

"We are going to paradise? Like in one little secret beautiful place that no one had discovered yet?"

"Exactly! But i'm thinking about taking you to heaven on that paradise."

Namula s'ya sa sinabi nito. "You and your dirty thoughts, Narda."

Ngumiti lang ito and inayos ang seatbelts at helicopter headsets nila. They flew in silence. Admiring the beautiful scenery under them as they passes through the forests, rivers and plains.

Lumapag sila sa gitna ng malawak na kapatagan.

“Beautiful!” Bulalas ni Regina matapos n’yang bumaba sa chopper kasunod ni Narda. “Who’s place is this?”

May tumigil na mga ATV sa harap nila, mga magsusundo sa kanila papunta sa mansyon na tutuluyan nila.

“Maligayang pagbabalik, ma’am Narda. Namimiss ka na po ni Bruno. Kanina pa s’ya naghihintay sa’yo.”

Tumaas ang kilay ni  Regina at sinamaan ng tingin si Narda.

“Who’s Bruno?”

Ngumisi lang ito at wari’y nang-aasar pa ng titigan s’ya. “Bruno? Wanna meet Bruno?”
