There's a lot of yelling happening right now.
Claire is shouting at a fuming Zack and Trevor is doing the same to a pretty angry looking Dean.
When me and Nick walked into the mansion a few minutes ago we were met with Zack and Dean quite literally beating each other up.
We still don't know what's going on since they still haven't calmed down.
"Dean explain." Nick demands more than ask. His voice is rough and doesn't leave room for argument. It makes shivers run down my spine.
Dean immediately stops fighting against Trevor's grip at the sound of Nick's voice.
He looks like he's fighting against his own mind until he finally opens his mouth. "He invited her."
Who's her?
Nick sighs. "Why the fuck did you do that Zack?" His voice is laced with venom.
Who's this girl and why do they not want her at the engagement?
"He needs to understand that her fucking father didn't like him. She didn't do anything!" Zack's nose is bleeding and his eye is obviously starting to swell.
"You don't know shit!" I flinch the moment Dean's loud voice booms through the big living room.
I didn't think the flinch was that noticeable but as always Nick sees everything. So I let out a gasp when he stalks foward and pins Dean agianst the wall. "Watch your tone when Lia is in the room." He hisses into his face.
Dean is so angry his nose is flaring. But either way he nods.
When Nick gets away from Dean he sighs. "Cancel her fucking invite. And stop trying to get in other people's business. He moved on from her. Why would you want to start a fire that's already been put out?" With that he walks up to me and takes my hand.
Together we walk up the stairs and halfway up I can't help myself anymore. "Nick? Who were you talking about?"
Nick looks like he's hesitant to tell me but he does so anyways. "Dean's ex. Hannah. He told everyone they broke up because her father didn't like him when in reality he got abused by her. She hit him and used him for many things. And he never fought back because he'll never hurt a woman and he loved her too much. After a while he told everyone they broke up but I knew better. He started drowning himself in alcohol and would come back with bruises and cuts. They would think he just got in a fight but he didn't. He never went home to his father because he knew his father would kick him out anyway with the state he was in. He went between the mansion and Asher's apartment. Sometimes he'll even crash at Jenny's or Zack's. It got out of control. So i6 took matters into my own hands and dragged him with me and Trevor to New York. He got off the alcohol a little and slowly started to move on from Hannah." By the time he was finished telling me we were in our room and I had unshed tears in my eyes.
