I love my job. Really I do. But wow are these men animals.
When I arrived to my shift at three it was very quiet. As it always is so early. But by seven the party really started. Men came crashing in and started making trouble. In the last two hours we've already had 4 fights. All of them ended in me spraying them with water and bodyguards throwing them out.
The Red Flag is one of the most famous clubs in New York. It's mostly known for the game we play inside. It's pretty simple really.
When the people enter by the front door they are handed a red bracelet. Its a simple design. A red string-made bracelet with a single golden bead in the middle.

The bracelet needs to be put on the person's dominant hand. The writing hand.
Once they have it on we start explaining... Alot. Because although it's a simple game it takes quite a few words to get people to understand.
The rules are as following. Don't. Drink. With. Your. Dominant. Hand.
The entire night you are inside the club you need to drink with your weak hand. If you're caught drinking with your dominant hand you get a red flag. That results in punishment. The punishment isn't bad for the fist two flags. You just down your current drink and buy a new one. However when you get your third flag it's much worse. Once you're third flag is given you down your drink, buy a new one and sing a song of our choice on stage.
The Red Flag has many employees. We have three bartenders, Ten waiters... Me being one of them. And quite a few more. About fifteen girls are always dressed in white to walk around the club and look at the people drinking (To make sure they don't break rules). Then there's two girls upfront by the entery to hand out bracelets and explain the rules. And alot of bodyguards.
All employees's work uniforms are different (based on your department). As a waiter I have to wear my very...Revealing uniform. Thankfully it covers all the parts on my body that has scars and bruises.
