After Nick left last night my car was dropped off and I went to bed only at four am. Thankfully he wouldn't be here until three in the afternoon but even then I couldn't sleep. And I didn't want to take any sleeping pills knowing I might sleep well past three when he arrives.
My back is still sensitive and my jaw looked even worse now that the bruise is starting to get better. Although my ribs feel much better.
I quickly shower and get dressed in some black skinny jeans and a sweatshirt that I tucked in.

I got my blonde hair in a bun and some light makeup on my face. I get my black sneakers and socks and make my way downstairs.
Little Potato followed along and ran straight to the back yard. He's so small he looked like a little ball made from brown fluff running around.
As I entered the kitchen Penny turns with a smile on her face that's matching mine. Everyone is happy when he's not here. Even Potato. He runs around freely and eats peacefully.
Slowly she walks forward and places a plate on the dining table. I kiss her cheek and sit.
I'm quite excited to see Nick agian. I got a taste of his smiles and chuckles. Now I'm like an addict. I want more.
Of course I think he feels the same way. The tow truck could've jump started my car. But he wants to do it so I'll let him.
Penny sits down in front of me and I grin at her. "Take off for the day Penny. I'm not gonna be home till late. And there's nothing to do here."
Her eyes light up with excitement before nodding and kissing my cheek. "Thank you, Miss Perez. Now I can spend the day with my baby!"
Penelope has a six year old granddaughter. But she doesn't see her much thanks to my father. I let her be when he's gone. At first she wouldn't go until I assured her She'll still get fully payed and won't get in trouble.
