missed you

"hi mama." y/n grinned as she answered billie's facetime. it was the last week of december and y/n was currently on set, waiting for the cameras to be ready.

"y/n oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!" billie exclaimed as she bounced up and down in excitement.

"what are you so happy about?" y/n asked with a laugh as she leant back on her seat. billie was awfully cute when she was excited.

"i'm-" she cut herself off with a squeal as she jumped up and down which made y/n smile at how adorable she was.

"baby calm down and tell me!" y/n chuckled softly and billie nodded quickly as she took in a deep breath.

"i'mcomingtonewyork!" billie exclaimed quickly and y/n's eyes grew wide.

billie was coming to new york?

but y/n didn't want to get her hopes up. maybe she'd heard billie wrong. maybe she hadn't said what she thought she did.

"say it again but slower this time." y/n said, bubbling with excitement already.

billie took in a deep breath before speaking. "i'm coming to new york!" she grinned and y/n almost screamed because of how excited she was.

"oh my god. oh my god!" y/n joined in on billie's squealing as the two of them began jumping up and down in their seats. "when? why? how long?"

"tomorrow! press! the whole week!" billie yelled out of excitement and y/n only got happier. she couldn't believe she was about to see billie in less than twenty four hours.

"shut the fuck up, i can't wait?!" y/n yelled back at her and billie nodded as she threw herself on her bed.

"me neither! i can't believe i'm finally seeing you after so long!"

"right?! it's been a whole month since i saw you, holy shit. i can't wait to hold you and kiss you and- oh my god, i cannot wait to have my face between your thighs." y/n admitted with a cheeky grin.

"y/n!" billie gasped as her face grew bright red at the actress' confession, though she couldn't deny the fact that she was particularly excited to have y/n's face between her thighs as well.

"whaaat? you know you want it as bad as i do." y/n said with a playful smirk and billie hid her face in the pillow.

"shut up, will you?" billie laughed into the pillow and y/n couldn't help the smile that tugged at her lips.

"never."

billie rolled her eyes playfully as she threw the pillow aside, bringing her phone closer to her face which gave y/n a much better view.

"you're so pretty baby." the actress mumbled and billie blushed profusely as she looked away from the camera with a smile.

"i'm not."

"you are!" y/n said with a soft chuckle before turning around when she heard sofia call out her name since they were about to start filming. "i have to go now." y/n sighed as she turned back to face billie, a frown now on both of their lips. "i'll see you soon though! in person this time."

billie nodded as the smile came back to her face. "yeah. i love you."

"i love you more." y/n said as she blew billie a kiss before hanging up.

placing her phone down wherever she was sitting, y/n jogged over in front of the camera with the biggest smile on her face. she was doing a scene with joshua and sofia and this was supposed to be quite an angsty one, meaning y/n had to look sad.

but that proved to be hard, considering the fact that she'd just heard the best news ever.

"cut!" the director yelled for what seemed like the millionth time in the past hour that they'd been trying to get this scene right. "y/n! the person you love just told you they don't feel the same way about you. you're supposed to be sad. not all giggly and excited!"

y/n shot him an apologetic look - something she'd done several times over the hour. "i'm sorry tim! i can't help it. i just got the most exciting news ever."

"what is it?" joshua asked her as she turned to face him.

"yeah, what's got you all smiley?" sofia pressed and y/n couldn't help the wide grin that spread over her cheeks.

"billie is coming to new york tomorrow!" y/n practically yelled and joshua gasped out loud as he squealed like a little girl.

"no way?! i missed her!" he said with a huge smile on his face and y/n nodded vigorously in agreement.

"holy shit so i'm finally going to meet the girl who has you smitten." sofia said excitedly and y/n laughed as she nodded.

"yes!"

"okay, okay." tim began as he tried to get everyone back to work. "i'm super happy you get to meet her again after so long. but can we please get this scene right. it's been over an hour!"

"where are you?" y/n asked as soon as billie answered the phone.

it was the next morning and billie had landed in new york about forty five minutes ago.

"i'm on my way baby, i'll be there in five." billie said and y/n could just hear the excitement in her voice.

"i can't wait!" y/n grinned as she bounced up and down on her bed. "i love you! i'll see you soon."

"i love youu." billie replied before hanging up.

y/n locked her phone as she threw it on her bed and stood up, running to the full length mirror as she checked herself out for probably the tenth time in the last hour. she was seeing billie after almost a whole month and she wanted to look perfect.

she'd wanted nothing more than to pick billie up from the airport but unfortunately, she knew they'd be swarmed by paparazzi. it was already bad enough when it was just billie or just her but when you put two famous people at a crowded airport together? that's just asking for trouble.

she fixed her hair one last time before hearing a knock on the door, causing her breath to hitch. she jumped up and down excitedly before taking a deep breath and trying to calm herself.

walking over to the door, she looked down at her outfit and ran her hands over it before slowly opening the door.

she almost cried at the sight in front of her. her girlfriend was standing there with a suitcase by her side and a bag on her shoulder, looking as pretty as ever with a cute smile on her face. and she looked like she was about to cry as well.

"hey." y/n said slowly as she opened the door a little wider, letting billie see her completely.

"hi." billie breathed out as the two of them just stared at each other for a few more seconds in complete silence.

dropping her bag to the floor, billie whimpered as she finally threw herself at her girlfriend and wrapped her arms tightly around her neck with her legs around y/n's waist, the actress' arms going under billie's thighs to hold her in place.

"i missed you. i missed you so much." billie choked out between tears as she held y/n tight.

"i missed you too." y/n admitted as she pulled billie close. "so fucking much."

billie buried her face in the crook of y/n's neck as she inhaled her scent, letting out a shaky breath. "please never leave me again."

"never."

maybe things were finally looking up?
