She didn't count it as a proper date but you did. She helped you with your self defense because she felt you needed to protect yourself. At the end of the night she rewarded you with a kiss on the cheek.
Loki Laufeyson:
He snuck you to Asgard and took you too the gardens. You sat on the fountain edge as he insisted on showing you some cool tricks with his magic.
Thor Odinson:
You showed him some of your favorite films and just ate popcorn and poptarts while watching together.
Bucky:
Same as Thor's basically you guys just had a quiet night in enjoying each others company.
