You wake up and expect to be in the arms of your loving husband Kellin, but you see you're in bed alone. In his place sits a small note. You raise an eyebrow and read it.

" Dear (Y/N),

Happy Birthday baby! I've planned today for you because you mean everything to me and deserve nothing but the best. I'll see you later baby, have a great day!

Love Kellin Xxx"

You smile at his cuteness and hop out of bed. There's a trail of red rose petals leading you down the stairs and into the kitchen. On the dining table sits a large plate piled high with waffles and pancakes, dripping with chocolate sauce. Kellin is such a sneaky devil, you're supposed to be on a diet! Ah, what the hell!?! Its your birthday! When you take the empty plate to the sink there's another note taped to the tap.

" I hope you liked your breakfast babygirl! Your first destination is the clothing store down the street!

Love Kellin, your favorite human ;) Xxx"

He's the most amazing person ever, literally. You dress yourself in a pair of black skinny jeans, red toms and Kellins red Kick Me shirt, which a few sizes too big for you but you love it. It smells like him too, which is amazing because Kellin smells awesome. You hum the tune to Heartbeat Song by Kelly Clarkson as you leave the house, purse in hand.

You arrive at the closing store and the lady at the desk smiles at you. "You must be (Y/N), right?"
You nod shyly "Y-Yeah, thats me."
She laughs "He said you were shy, come, follow me!" She beckons you over to a dressing room with her hand. "He picked and paid for this entire outfit, you're a lucky girl! I wish my boyfriend did that for me!" She shakes her head and hands you the outfit. Its a red mini dress matched with red heels. You change into it and step out of your changing room to see every member of staff smiling and applauding you. You blush. One of the staff members walks up to you and hands you another note.

" I remembered your dress and shoe size, Im so proud! Your next destination is Bella Italia, I cant wait to see you baby.

I love you so much, Kellin Xxx"

Ok. He is LITERALLY the cutest human being ON THE PLANET. You almost run out of the store after thanking practically every member of staff for being so kind to you. You notice a man standing in the street you're sure you recognise. He runs up to you.
"Hey, are you (Y/N) Quinn?"
You nod "Y-Yes, are you Shane Dawson?"
He smiles widely and nods before grabbing his mic, his girlfriend Lisa stands behind him and presses play on the laptop she's holding.
"This song is dedicated to you, (Y/N) Quinn, from your husband Kellin!" Shane shouts into the mic before singing Superluv. You stand there, in the middle of the street, smiling widely. This is fucking AWESOME!!!

When you reach Bella Italia you smile widely. This is your favourite restaurant. You stroll inside, holding your left arm with your right hand self consciously. And Italian man meets you at the door.
"Good evening miss, what name are you reserved under?" He asks politely.
You're thoughtful for a moment "Umm, Im not really sure, my husband booked this whole thing. Im guessing Quinn?"
The Italian man smiles "Ah, Mrs Quinn! Yes, your husband reserved the back room for you, right this way." You follow the man eagerly, you never knew Bella Italia even had a back room!

The Italian man opens the door of the back room for you and you see the room is covered in fairy lights. Thats not whats capturing your attention though. Because sitting at the table in the centre of the room is your husband Kellin, wiping his palms on his knees with nerves.
You giggle "Hey Kels!"
His eyes shoot up to look at you and he jumps from the table, the Italian man leaves. Kellins eyes widen "Baby, you look beautiful!" He holds your hand in his.
You blush "Thank you so much Kels, today has been the second best day of my life!"
Kellin raises an eyebrow "Second?"
You giggle "The first was our wedding day, which is unbeatable."
Kellin smiles brightly and kisses your lips softly "I love you, birthday girl."
You bite your lip "I love you too, my favourite human." You change the subject "Now, SHANE DAWSON!?!?"
Kellin laughs "Yeah, I managed to get a hold of him for you, I know how much you love his videos!"
You smile "You're the best! Next your gonna tell me My Chemical Romance are back together!"
Kellin laughs leads you to the table, he pulls your chair out for you before sitting opposite you, not letting go of your hand.

You both finish your meals and wipe your faces on napkins. "Wow, the pasta here is still legendary!" You sigh.
Kellin smiles widely "Yeah, its awesome!"
You smile "Are we going back home now Kels?"
Kellin winks "Yeah, but only briefly for a costume change!" He grabs your hand, runs to the desk, pays the waiters and without giving you time to object, runs out of the restaurant. You arrive at your place within a few minutes.
"The outfit I picked for you is on our bed, I hope you like it." He bites his lip nervously.
You grab his tie and pull him towards you, smashing your lips to his. "I know I'll love it before I've even seen what you've picked out, I'll be down in a bit Kels." And with that, you bolt up to your bedroom.

On the bed lays a pair of high waisted black skinny jeans and a long sleeved crop top. The crop top itself is white and almost pirate style, it hands off your shoulders and is very light eight and puffy. You change into the outfit and re-brush your hair, its natural waves becoming more prominent with every stroke of the brush. Your belly button can be seen, which means the tattoo that you got recently which Kellin hasnt seen yet is also visible. Its on your left side and its the numbers which represent the date of your wedding, surrounded by black ink swirls and small hearts. Its a very small tattoo and barely noticeable, but you're sure Kellin will see it. It isnt your first tattoo, you've also got lyrics tattooed around your wrist. Those lyrics being "They say that love is forever, your forever is all that I need." And you've got one other tatoo that starts behind your ear and travels down your neck, its a trail of small stars which are also barely noticable but you like having them there.

When you reach the stop of the stairs you notice Kellin pacing at the bottom of them. He's taken his suit jacket and tie off, he's undone the two top buttons of his white shirt and has re-styled his hair. He looks gorgeous. He stops pacing when he sees you and his jaw drops. You run down the stairs into his open arms, he lifts you up into the air and spins your around before placing you back on the ground and kissing you passionately.
"You look so beautiful baby." He whispers. You pull his lips back to yours. His hands explore your bare weight and when he reaches your tattoo you pull away and hiss. Kellin raises an eyebrow "What is it baby?"
You run a hand through your hair "I guess its still a little sensitive."
Kellins eyes wide as he stares at your bare waist, you lift your crop top slightly so he can see it all. He bends down and tilts his head so he can read it. As soon as he has he stands back up and kisses you again. "You never told me you got another tattoo baby!"
You shrug "I didnt wanna show you while it was still bandaged up, I wanted to surprise you. I decided to get the date of the best day of my life imprinted on my body forever, so I can always remember how lucky I am."
Kellin tears up as he whispers the words "I love you, so much." And smashes your lips together again.
You pull away and rest your forehead against his "So, where are we going now Kels? You've got me all dressed up, where to next?"
He laughs and holds your hand, pulling you outside. "You'll see." He says simply as he breaks into a run, forcing you to run alongside him as he hasnt let go of your hand. You eventually reach your apparent destination, the local theatre where they perform plays and stuff. Kellin leads you to the front, right below the stage. He pulls your hand to his lips and kisses it. Then it happens they walk out onstage. The men who broke apart two years ago. Your favourite band. Onstage. Infront of you. Performing for you because of Kellin. You kiss Kellin in shock before staring back at the stage.
