y/n connected the dots and thought to herself-- the sound pillar, uzui tengen is here. numerous mice dressed in jewels followed him behind and y/n mentally questioned the mice. are those tengen-san's mice?

"hello uzui-san."
y/n greeted kindly with a small smile on her face. the great god of festivals could only feel that his heartrate increasing steadily. he could seriously offer her to become her fourth wife. the mice then entered a hole in the ramen shop and y/n looked at them questioningly. 

"those are my ninju. specially trained flamboyant mice to assist me!" 
uzui explained in a rather loud voice. y/n sweat dropped at his volume and nodded. 

"are you preparing to go for a mission?"
y/n asked in a curious tone. uzui ordered his bowl of ramen first before answering her in a low tone. 

"my wives infiltrated the red light district to get information of demons lurking there. we communicate through letters but these few days, our line got cut. i'm going to infiltrate there in a matter of days."
uzui explained and y/n could only listen and think of ways to aid the sound pillar. if all three of his wives were in trouble in the red light district, doesn't that mean that there is a very powerful demon lurking there? even possibly one of the twelve kizukis (demon moon) living there. y/n thought to herself 

"i can send out crows to scout the area if that aids your mission."
y/n suggested. it could be a good training session for the upcoming kasugai crows before there major test. she could get her personal crow, tsuki to monitor them too if anything goes amiss. 

"that would be a great help lady l/n!" 

"please just call me y/n..."
y/n was alarmed by the formalities and hoped that the sound pillar would call her by her first name. 

"lady y/n it is!" 
y/n sighed a little. it's all the same. gyomei, giyu and now uzui-san.  

the ramen came and the two engage themselves in a different topic to discuss on. y/n knew that uzui tengen was a former shinobi and now a full pledge hashira. they were now talking about how uzui had managed to train his mice into his ninjus. 

y/n was quite fascinated by his methods since it was different from the ones she had used to train her crows. she learnt a lot from the sound pillar who in turn had also learnt a lot from y/n. 

"lady y/n, would you be interested in becoming my fourth wife?"
uzui asked nonchalantly. y/n didn't expect him to ask that question. she thought that it was merely a joke. the great sound pillar decided to escort her back to her estate where y/n showed him the way. he had asked the question to tease her a little and didn't expect her to go all flushed mode. 

"i'm sorry tengen-san, i'm... not quite interested."
y/n replied with a smile, shooting his question down. sighing, the sound pillar's crow, nijimaru flew by and perched himself on uzui's shoulder. 

"KAW! LADY L/N! LADY L/N!"
nijimaru squawked in joy, perching himself on y/n's shoulders now. y/n patted the head of the kasugai crow in jewels. 

"hello nijimaru."
y/n greeted the crow. 

"nijimaru, are there any updates on my wives?"
uzui asked the crow in a rather concern tone. he had to reassur himself that his wives were safe and alright. he couldn't help but blame himself if anything bad happens to his wives. they had infiltrated the red light district for the sake of his mission. the sound pillar would never forgive himself if anything bad was to happen.

"no uzui-sama, there are no letters delivered."
the crow replied sadly, flying over to his owner now. 

soon after, y/n had reached her estate. she wanted to invite the flamboyant pillar to her household but had decided not to since he looked like he needed time alone, to organise his thoughts. 

"thank you for escorting me uzui-san." 
y/n bowed at the man in gratitude. 

"it's not a problem lady y/n. i wish for your great health and safety." 
uzui bowed down too. 

"i wish you all the best in your journey. please stay safe. i'll send out the crows to the sound estate by dawn to assist you." 
y/n stated and with a wave, the two bid their goodbyes.
