Kiran Gupta and Shyam's mission to help Arnav win Khushi was going in full swing. Sheetal was doing her part as Arnav's fake childhood bestie really well and they could see that Khushi was really not fond of Sheetal much. A small win! But staying on periphery they could do only so much. Main work was still up to Arnav, and here they had faced a rather big uphill task. Arnav was just too much in love with his Khushi that he didn't want to even fake-coochie-coo with any other girl!

"Arnav, Khushi is coming here, kamar pe haath rakho, jaldi (keep your hands on waist, quick)!" Shyam instructed Arnav under his breath. But to his utter shock, Arnav who was lost in looking at Khushi, put his hands on his own hips! Sheetal who was standing on the other side suppressed her to laugh at his expense! He was unintentionally funny sometimes.

"DUDE! What's wrong with you? Teri nahi, Sheetal ki kamar pakad (hold sheetal's waist)!" Shyam nearly shouted; his brother-in-law was just so useless in this matter. God knows how he will survive in acting industry, shyam wondered. But then again, that was a topic for another day. Right now, they had to ensure Khushi gets jealous enough to confess her feelings for Arnav.

Thankfully, Arnav acted just in time!

Khushi walked up to them and tried to strike up a conversation. Arnav had been nearly avoiding her these days and she was bothered. So, ignoring her dislike for Sheetal, she kept a bright smile on her face and greeted them.

"Hey guys. Shooting is wrapped up for today. Let's go and grab coffee somewhere?" she apparently asked Shyam, Arnav, and Sheetal but they all knew it was more for only one person!

And Arnav upped his game, at last!

"Sorry Khushi, not today. I and sheetal have some plans." Arnav managed to say, and then walked away with sheetal, knowing well that khushi's hurt eyes were on him, and on his hand that was holding sheetal. If only she knew how awkward he was doing that, nearly fumbling in his steps making sheetal lose her balance too in the process!

But Khushi didn't wait to see that. Giving a small smile to Shyam, she left from there.

Gradually, the show completed 3 months, and the TRPs were excellent. So, Sitara channel had asked for a 6-month contract renewal from the entire team of TMPK. Arnav, who had initially come on-board only for 3 months, now readily signed the extension. It was however Khushi who was reluctant. No, not for the show, she liked it and her role. But because of Arnav, she didn't think she had it in her to see him with someone else like that, every day...

Anjali had organized a 3-month completion success party on the set that day and they were all in party mood. Media people were called in too, thus Lavanya and her team of 'Saas bahu and Audience' were present as well.

Arnav was talking to a few crew members, but his eyes were searching for that one person he was really interested in. Why was she taking so long?

And then his wait was finally over as Khushi made an entry. Wearing a short white top and red colored palazzo pants, she looked absolutely gorgeous to him! Now if only he could go and talk to her and perhaps ask her for a dance. If it were not for her mother's insistence to continue the act of ignoring khushi, he would have done that already. Sometimes he wondered whether kiran aunty really wanted to unite him and khushi or separate them? Because of the way it was going, he was afraid his love story would tank even before it took off!
