Theo's pov
I put on my Rolex while I stood in front of Nicole.
"So you don't want to come to the event just because I had to raise my voice last night?"
Nicole stayed silent with her face buried in her pillow. She nodded a yes.
I sighed and made a call to the owners to see if there was any childcare on site. No way was I letting her run away again. My security team were a bunch of meatheads without Ken keeping them in check.
"thanks. Bye" I hung up.
"They'll have a kids monitored party that you can hang out in. They even said they'll keep it far far far away from me so you don't have to see my dumb mean face" I smirked.
Nicole turned around to face a wall so that her back was now facing me.
"Good. I will be there then. I want to be far away from you"
"Ouch that hurts Nikki" I held my heart dramatically as if she stabbed me.
"I'm not looking at you" she said, knowing my theatrics.
"Mhm. My stubborn girl" I kissed the top of her head causing her to slightly move away. I had to hold in my laugh at how sassy she was.
"We're gonna head out whenever you're ready princess. Take your time."
"Oh and" I came back in the room, closing her door for a second so we could whisper.
"You said that you spoke to Diya yesterday. Did you call her?"
"no. she is the one who found me" she simply said.
Now I was even more confused. I wanted to ask more questions but Nicole would probably ignore them when she realized I really wanted to know. She was petty like that.
Was it possible that we were both on vacation at the same time? Was Nicole fucking with me?
or maybe I really did see Diya the other day. All I knew is that I wanted to see her more than anything.
This beach party was the perfect opportunity to find her if she was here.
