Lorena's POV:

I thank Kawaii-Chan for giving me information on how to care for my little maid and we make our way out. Before I start heading south I take out my little crafting bench and leather and start making a backpack. After I successfully make it I put many of my stuff in there so my inventory is a little more clean. I put my backpack away and I start walking south with my little maid. I talk to her and tell her about everything that has happened lately even though she can't talk. It feels nice having a little companion. After walking what seems like 2 hours I realize how dark it has gotten.

"We should make camp soon shouldn't we little maid?"

She looks at me and blushes. I start walking forward to find a good spot to camp when I notice I light coming from up ahead. I walk towards it and see a small camp with an old man and a baby pig. I walk up to him.

Old Man: "Oy, what's a beautiful lass like you doing out ere'?"

"I'm looking for the town of Scaleswind, am I close?"

Old Man: "Ah, I see. Well, you are indeed getting closer, I'd say half a days walk and you'll be there.

Not too far from where you need to be."

"Awesome! Thank you sir, see ya!"

Old Man: "Err... wait! Um... do you think, I mean you look like a brave adventurer... do you think you'd be able to help me with something?"

I look up South just wanting to get there without another side mission to do but I also can't help the urge to want to help the old man.

"Um... okay sure what do you need?"

Old Man: "Mmm... I'm a Lord who has... well, I was a Lord. My village has... it's... it's gone. I have no where to go. I want to start over, I want to build a new village, but this time fire will not put down my new village like those Shadow Knights did to my last.

So, I want to get some Wyvern Lair Wood Planks from Wyvern Lair Logs. Those planks are the best and completely fire-proof. However, I am not strong enough to enter the lair of the Wyvern's myself. Would you be willing to use the staff I have in my chest to go there and gather this wood for me?"

It saddens me that he lost his old village. He does look old and frail so I decide to help him.

"Sure! I'm in!"

Old Man: "Amazing, your kindness is as beautiful as you are. Now I'm looking for about four stacks of logs... if possible.

Do this for me and I'll reward you greatly!"

I nod my head and walk towards his chest. I open it and see a staff. I take it and ask him what I should do. He tells me to hold it in front of me and close my eyes. I hold my little maids hand to make sure she comes with me. I hold the staff with my right and my little maid with my left one and I close my eyes. I feel a strong force around me and when it stops I slowly open my eyes to see myself in a completely different realm. The sky is dark but the land is bright. The dirt is purple and the trees are blue. I hear a roar and I look up to see Wyverns flying everywhere.

'I hope they don't attack me...'

They don't seem to come close to me so I figure they won't harm me. I'm already standing next to a tree and see that it isn't like the usual trees in the realm where I'm from. They're are 3 times larger and some of them contain Wyverns that are sleeping. I look up at my first tree making sure there isn't a Wyvern up there and I take my axe out.

"Well little maid, it's time to get to work..."
