Lorena's POV:

Me and Laurence are walking back home from meeting with the Mysterious Man. I notice Laurence's footsteps stop from behind me so I turn around to see him there standing while staring at his sword. I walk up to him as he stands there quietly. I sigh.

"I'm nervous about all this too."

He looks up at me.

Laurence: "Huh? It's not that Lady Lorena it's just... the Stranger is just that... a stranger. Even though he has provided us with some valuable information to aid us in this battle and he's been on constant patrol to find Nicole... I feel like we should know him more."

"I understand but... it's his choice to remain anonymous. He's proven he's on our side."

Laurence: "Yea but... I think it bothers me how he moves about things. The fact that he was able to make it into your bedroom without me noticing. I think it shows a great deal of how much I can improve myself to prevent things like that... while I question him... I have a feeling I can learn more from him as well."

"That's a great way to look at him... to look at him more as a Mentor."

Laurence: "Indeed. It's kind of funny... just the other day he was inches away from taking my life with that Great Sword of his. Now after Katelyn's gift... I find myself in possession of a Great Sword myself... I'm not experience with it but I've used many a weapon before—"

We hear rapid footsteps behind us and we turn to see Dante running towards us with a panicked expression.

Dante: "LORD LORENA! LAURENCE! BRENDEN HE... HE'S BEEN SHOT WITH AN ARROW, WORSE THOUGH THE O'KHASIS KNIGHTS ARE INVADING NOW! WE WERE ABLE TO DEFEAT A FEW OF THEM BUT WE NEED BACK UP NOW! WE NEED TO DIVIDE AND CONQUER NOW!"

The color drains of my face but I shake it and look at him with determination.

"LET'S GO!"

We start running. We end up but Kiki's Barn and Dante stops us by telling us he's going to the side of the Wall closest to Lucinda's Tower. Me and Laurence nod as he runs and we start running again. I stop by the path that leads to the Plaza and I tell Laurence to go towards the Wall that's closest to the Plaza. He nods his head as he runs and I start running toward the Gates. As I'm running I see and O'Khasis Guard hiding by a tree. He notices me and starts running.

"Hey! Come back here you coward!"

I start chasing him.

'H-How did they get in the Walls!?'

I start chasing me as he leads me to the Wall where 3 other O'Khasis Guards are. They look at me and then all 4 start coming at me. I pull out my Frost Sword as I run towards one and hit his sword away as I slice my sword across his chest. He falls to the ground lifeless. A second one comes behind me as I turn around a dodge his attack. He runs up to me again and I jump to the side as he stumbles over and I stab my sword in his back. I then take care of the other two by slicing their chests. I try catching my breath as I run towards a ladder that leads up the Wall. I climb it and when I reach the top I see an O'Khasis Guard running at me. I quickly run and jump on the side of the Wall as I use it to push myself up in the air where I take the sword above my head and I slam it down through the Guard's face. He falls to the ground lifeless as I pull out my sword from him.

'I h-hate killing b-but I have no other choice...'

I then run up to the tower on the far right and climb it to get a better view and see if there's any more O'Khasis Guards.
