Lorena's POV:

I wake up to the sound of my dogs barking. I groggily turn my head to see them barking happily. I wake up and yawn as I stretch my limbs. I look to my left to see Laurence is already gone. I stand up and walk downstairs as Thorgi and Cookie follow me. I look towards the front door to see a chest with a sign next to it.

I smile as I open the chest to see diamonds, gold and rainbow curry. I take it all as I look at the curry hungrily. I take a bite and it tastes absolutely delicious. I finish the rest of my curry now feeling full and happy. I put the rest away for Laurence to eat when I find him. I then look out the window to see a woman who looks oddly familiar.

"Is that... Emmalyn!?"

I then remember her saying she came to Meteli to get more books so I quickly put on my boots and head out of the house. I walk towards Emmalyn.

"Hey Emmalyn!"

She turns around and smiles at me.

Emmalyn: "Lord Lorena!? Fancy seeing you in Meteli, are you on business here?"

"Yes, but it's already taken care of."

Emmalyn: "Good to hear. I'm just visiting the library in this village to get some answers on Lady Irene. I've become so infatuated learning about all the Magicks, Witchcraft, Spells, and Potions in the world! Lady Irene was a very amazing person who could utilize all of these abilities, even though people are limited to only knowing either a Magicks or a Witchcraft, Lady Irene had the spiritual power to master both. She was amazing!"

"Wow! Amazing! Are you coming back to Phoenix Drop?"

Emmalyn: "Hm? Oh yes, I'll be returning to Phoenix Drop in a few days. I wasn't able to leave Meteli since the whole murder thing happened with the Lord - I was actually brought into the Guard Station for questioning, so I wasn't able to finish my readings here. Once I'm done I'll be back home. For now I want to work on my research. I'll see you later Lord Lorena!"

I nod my head and watch her walk off to the Library building. I start walking into the village when I notice Ulrich talking to the Chicken Shaman. I walk closer to them.

Chicken Shaman: "Why yes, I will accept this Beer as an apology for the HUMILIATION YOU HAVE PUT ME AND MY PEOPLE THROUGH! Come my chickens, we have terrible chicken houses to destroy!"

He then walks away. I walk toward Ulrich as he looks at me and sighs.

Ulrich: "... He forgot to take the Beer we offered as an apology... oh well, I'll have them delivered to him later..."

I giggle and say my goodbyes to him. He nods his head and thanks me for my help in the murder case. I look for Laurence and see him talking with Gale. They shake hands and Gale walks away. I walk towards Laurence but then he turns around and sees me.

Laurence: "Lord Lorena, I was just apologizing to Gale for my earlier accusations."

"How did that go?"

Laurence: "It went well. He's a good Guard. I don't think anyone could be able to tell an exact clone from the real thing... so, I can understand. I guess these things happen.

Hm, are you ready to head back home?"

"Yeah, let's go!"

Laurence: "All right, then let's get going."
