Lorena's POV:

I spent my morning gathering my supplies that I will need on my trip to Paul's village. I put them all in my inventory and say my goodbyes to Sean 'Connory and Thorgi. I decide not to take Thorgi because I don't think it'll be safe for him. I decide to walk around the village to make sure everything and everyone is okay before I leave. I see Brenden looking happier and talking with some villagers. He spots me as I walk up to him.

Brenden: "Good luck on your trip! Bring back something nice!"

I nod my head and smile and make my way to the Plaza. I see Kiki standing there next to her Hamster Pen but with no Hansters. She sees my questioning look.

Kiki: "Sorry! Out of Hamster at the moment, come back some other time. Oh and good luck on your trip!"

I thank her and make my way to the docks. I notice Zenix, Garroth and Paul are already there probably waiting for my departure. I walk up to Zenix as he turns to me.

Zenix: "M'lady! Your boat...

Is a good boat.

Yes... it's good.

It's good....... * Ahem *"

I just pout as I can tell he thinks my boat looks like poop. I head to Garroth to see what he wants to tell me. Hopefully he won't be as obvious as Zenix.

Garroth: "I-Is this the boat you built...? It's quite... something!

Regardless... I'm glad you did this. Now, you'll be taking Paul as well as Vischer's remains to Brighr Port, it's East of here.

One more thing... Paul is in no state to deliver Vischer's remains to his wife. I've spoken with him and though he did not ask me, it would be great if you could deliver Vischer in his stead."

"Uh, sure..."

Garroth: "Many blessings to you Lorena. I will remember your kindness.

Speak with me when you are ready to depart."

I look at my surroundings seeing as I'm ready and have nothing else stopping me so I nod my heads

Garroth: "Here, this will help you pilot the ship. I had this imported yesterday.

Here are Paul and Vischer. It's weird. Don't question it."

I look at him confused as he gives me a long crate which probably holds Vischer and a Lasso that supposedly holds Paul. It's interesting and actually pretty handy. I put them both in my inventory as he gives me a Ship's Helm which I'm supposed to put in that open space I left in the ship to help maneuver the ship. I nos my head and make my way onto the ship as I place the Ship's Helm in its place. I decide to name the ship "S.S Awesome". After doing that I go to the chest I put on the ship to place Vischer's body and Paul in there when I notice a key in there. I decide to think about it later seeing as I have to take Paul home before it gets dark. I start maneuvering the ship onto the direction Garroth told me to go which is East. I pass by Donna's old village and it only takes me a few minutes to get to Bright Port or what I'm assuming is Bright Port as I see a docks come into view. I try to steer my ship next to the dock to set it there and I carefully get off my ship and onto the docks. I take the Lasso out of my inventory and place Paul onto the docks. He starts walking up the stairs that lead up the hill and I follow him to a gate that leads to a village with a sign saying "Bright Port".

'I guess I'm in the right place.'

Paul looks at me with a sad smile.

Paul: "Thank you Lorena for bringing us back home...

Now I'll be taking Vischer to his... wife."

"Don't worry, I'm taking him."

Paul: "... R-Really?

Thank you, thank you so much. I... I don't know if I can look Vischer's wife in the eye right now. Poor woman. I'll be sure to speak with her after you... I just can't do this right now.

Thank you so much."

I nod my head and see him walk into the village. I start walking into the village. I bow my head to the head guards at the gate to show my respect. They nod their heads and signal me to enter. I thank them and start looking around the village knocking on everyone's home asking for Vischer's wife. I almost give up seeing as I can't find her as I see one last home and go over to it and knock.

???: "Come in!"

I go inside and see a woman that looks similar to Emmalynn but way taller.

???: "Good evening! Make yourself at home, how many I help you?"

I deliver Vischer's crate to her and see her eyes go wide and her face drain of color.

Vischer's wife: ".....................W-What? No... NO THIS CAN'T BE!

WHO DID THIS!? TELL ME NOW!"

"We don't know yet..."

Vischer's wife: "WHEN YOU FIND OUT YOU MAKE THEM PAY!

...............

I-I just... please... leave him here and let me be in peace for a while. Please go."

I nod my head and step out of her home as I let out a deep breath.

'I can't imagine losing someone...'

I make my way back to the docks and hop onto my ship. It's a silent sail home as I feel sad knowing Vischer's wife won't be able to see her husband ever again.

'How cruel for someone to do this...'
