Kate's POV:

I walked into my apartment, throwing my bow down on the table as Lucky rushed in, barking happily with what looked like a wide smile on his face. I smile tiredly, crouching to pet him as he started licking my face which made me laugh and push his tongue away.

I hear the stairs creep form upstairs and see my girlfriend rushing down with wearing just my purple hoodie and her hair damp. Y/N had a bright smile on her face that almost made me faint.

"Katieee!" She squealed and jumped into my arms, wrapping her legs around my waist and her arms around my neck as I caught her with a giggle, my hands supporting her by her thighs. "I missed you." She whispered shyly and cutely in my ear which made me giggle, turning my head to place a million kisses all over her face which made her giggle and blush.

"I missed you too baby." I whisper and tuck a strand of hair behind her ear, smiling softly at her as she shyly moved her face into my neck. "Nooo lemme see my pretty baby." I playfully pouted with a whiny tone as she slowly moved her face out of my neck to look at me cutely. "Hi cutie." She blushed and tried to hide again but I flipped her over my shoulders, hearing her yelp with a small laugh as she hung upside down while I carried her by her ankles.

"Fine! I give up!" She giggled loudly and I walked over to the couch, dripping her down on it only for the small woman to crawl into my lap once I sat down. My arms wrapped around her waist as I placed soft kisses up her shoulders, to her neck, jaw, and then finally her lips, connecting ours together for a long, slow kiss. I smiled into it when I felt her hands playing with the baby hair on the back of my neck.

"I love you." I whisper as she shyly smiled at me, biting her lip slightly as I smiled softly down at her.

"I love you more."

"No, I do." I countered and watched her face contort into a fake pout, crossing her arms childishly. I smirked and placed some kisses all over her face again which made her giggle, breaking her facade and smiling widely at me. "My pretty baby."

"Mama's pretty baby." She smirked and I smirked back, kissing her nose and stroking her cheek softly with my thumb as I stared at her lovingly.

"My little cutie." I smiled and she laid her head on my shoulder, I rested my head on top of hers, rocking her lightly side to side as Lucky cuddled into my leg on the other side of me. This was home for me.
