(A/N: you are 16 and Hailee's your mom)

3rd Person POV:

Y/N ran inside with her best friend, Xochitl Gomez. Y/N was holding her phone up as the two girls sat down on the couch. Hailee had some friends and family over so when she saw her daughter recording, she got curious.

"What are you guys doing?" Her friend, Ella, beat her to the question. Ella, Flo, Zendaya, and Scarlett looked at the two girls who were giggling.

"We want to make a video for our YouTube channel." Xochitl said as Y/N stood up, walking over and sitting next to her mom, setting the phone down in front of them.

"I'm going to be asking my mom hypothetical questions." Y/N smiled wiggling her eyebrows as Hailee raised a brow. Her friends smirked because they knew damn well how overprotective the brunette can be over her daughter. "Ready mama?"

"Hm." Hailee thought before setting her wine glass down. "Sure." She folded her hands in her lap as she nodded at the Y/E/C girl. "Go ahead, sweetie."

"What would you do if you caught me sneaking out?" Y/N asked after thinking for a moment, smiling at the camera as Xochitl walked over to sit next to her friend, wrapping her arm around her shoulders.

"Honestly I would let you learn the hard way." Hailee smirked as Y/N giggled with wide eyes. "I'll lock the door, you can find somewhere else to stay for the night."

"Mom!"

"It's true." Hailee shrugged as she winked at her daughter who playfully rolled her eyes.

"What would you do if I snuck a boy in the house?"

"You're gay." Hailee deadpanned as Xochitl laughed loudly with Y/N while Hailee smiled. Zendaya shook her head and tossed the girls a pillow which they used to rest their backs against.

"True." Xochitl smiled, nudging Y/N who blushed slightly with a giggle.

"What would you do I snuck a girl in here then?" Y/N smirked as she crossed her arms towards her mother.

"Don't be too loud." Hailee muttered which caused the room to erupt into loud laughs as she sipped her wine with a soft chuckle. "I would say use protection but... you know."

"Oh my god, mom!" Y/N said embarrassed as she hid her face in her hands. Everyone laughed as Xochitl waved to the camera, shutting the video off.

Hailee giggled, smiling as she shook her head. She leaned towards her daughter and kissed the top of her head. "Love you, hon." She said as Y/N hooked their pinkies together.

"I love you too, mom." Y/N mumbled as she gave her mom a hug making the brunette smile.
