Teen Parents (Part 5)

2nd Person POV:

You were released from the hospital a week later as you carried Barry in your arms, he was wrapped up in a brand new baby blanket Hailee bought.

Hailee had spent the last week helping you with everything. She fed you, stayed by your side when the baby woke up, she would give you a massage and she would even hold Barry when you felt too tired. You couldn't have been more thankful for a girlfriend.

"Hi my love." Hailee greeted as you wrapped one arm around her neck, holding Barry in your other arm as she wrapped her arms around your waist, kissing the top of yours and Barry's head. "Hi bubs." She smiled at her son and you watched with love in your eyes. You've been so exhausted the past couple days and Hailee could tell. "Come on, let's get you to bed." Hailee took Barry out of your arms and held you up at the same time as she carried you upstairs to her bedroom.

You walked in and your eyes widened. You noticed she cleaned up and washed everything. Her entire room looked so much nice and cleaner. There was a beautiful white crib sitting in the corner of her room with a blue rug in front of it, glow and the dark stars attached to the wall with a dresser filled with diapers and clothes for Barry.

You felt tears prick your eyes at the sight. Hailee did all this for you and your son. She even had a small section in the closet for him.

"You like it, baby?" Hailee asked absentmindedly as she set Barry down in his crib, kissing his forehead and turning around to see you standing there with tears in your eyes, your hands covering your mouth in shock and joy. "Aw baby." She cooed with a small chuckle as she wrapped her arms around you, holding you close in her chest.

"This-" You cut yourself off when you noticed the picture of you and Hailee together on her desk with your baby pictures of Barry and the ultrasound ones as well framed right next to them. You admired it, picking it up as you smile. 

Hailee watched you with a smile, she sat down on the rocking chair next to Barry's crib. She saved her money up over the 9 months you were pregnant and her parents took her shopping to get the stuff she needed, giving her advice on certain brands and foods that are better to use. Since you and Hailee lived right next door to each other, she already asked your mom if you could move in and she eagerly said yes as long as you visited but you didn't know that yet.

"Babe." She called out softly and you set the picture frame down, walking towards her as she pulled you in her lap, smiling down at you lovingly. "I have a question for you."

"I'm listening." You hummed, she kissed both of your cheeks and took your hand in hers.

"Will you move in with me?" Shock slowly etched over your face. "I asked your mom and she said yes, plus I don't think Barry would like to grow up without his mommy by his side, would he?" She smiled as you nodded brightly with tears, sniffling softly as you kissed her lips gently.

"Yes. Yes, a thousand times yes, I wanna move in with you."

You admired your high school graduation gown as you carefully slid the cap on. Hailee walked in, her lips parted in shock as she wrapped her arms around you from behind.

"I can't believe I'm graduating." Hailee graduated last year and now Barry was 2 years old. She turned 18 not to long ago as you continued your studies at school. "I'm so nervous."

"Don't worry baby. All you have to do is walk across that stage, grab that well earned diploma, and come home to me and our son." She smiled as she took your hands in hers. You playfully rolled your eyes as you leaned up and pressed a kiss on her cheek. "I'll be in the crowd, cheering your name and Bar... well he'll be drooling your name."

You both laughed at her joke as you admired the way she smiled. You and Hailee have been dating for almost 5-6 years and soon you'll be an adult. You had a kid together and honestly, watching your girlfriend care for him and you, made you fall more in love with her.

Hailee was for sure going to marry you one day.
