Second Person POV:
"Okay." Your wife said as she dropped the bags she had in her hands on the kitchen table. You looked up from your bowl of cereal, blinking at Hailee who beamed at you. "I got gifts."
"Baby." You crossed your arms, leaning back in the chair. "We've talked about this."
"We talked, I listened, and immediately disobeyed." Hailee joked playfully with a dopey smile on her face as she dropped two bags in front of you. "Now open."
You sighed, rolling your eyes as you reluctantly opened the bags, your wife excitedly jumping up and down as she watched you.
-
"Ohhhh babeeee~" Hailee sang loudly as she approached the booth you and a couple friends were sitting at. You looked up, your friends chatting away in their own conversations. "I got your food and I took the liberty of getting it the way you love it. Also, it was only like a couple dollars more if I got you a shake, which I know you love, so I did get that."
You smiled as Hailee rambled on and on about ordering your food. "Baby, you didn't have to do that." You sighed softly, looking at her lovingly.
She shrugged her shoulders, reaching for your hand across the table. "Eh I wanted to. Why not spoil my wife?" Hailee chuckled as she picked up a fry, feeding it to you while you giggled.
-
"Hailee?!" You yelled, setting your glasses down. You gave the mailman a nod as you examined the the medium sized box in your hand.
Hailee came running downstairs, the dogs barking in the window as they watched the mailman leave. "Ooh those are the things I ordered."
"What is it?" You questioned and handed the box to Hailee who guided you over to the couch, both of you sitting beside each other.
"Gifts." Hailee smiled as she kissed the spot behind your ear, making you close your eyes as she mindlessly opened the box. You put a hand on the back of her neck, hearing Hailee dig into the box, you pulled away. "Gift number one." The brunette whispered, pulling out a 3' by 4' black box. Opening it, you spotted a shiny, silver necklace that looked expensive.
You gasped as you figured it out. "Hailee, how much did you spend on that?"
"I don't know." She hummed, ignoring your question as she latched the hook on the back of your neck, admiring how the necklace looked on you. "It looks amazing on you just like I envisioned it would."
You pinched the bridge of your nose for a second before signing, giving in as she began to pull out more gifts. "Hailee..." Was all you could say.
Hailee ignored you, setting the gifts in your lap with a loving smile on her face.
-
"Howdy, baby." Hailee lightly smacked your ass as she walked past you standing in front of the mirror. You smiled watching her collapse onto your bed. You soon joined her, resting your head on her chest.
"Hello." You mumbled, your hand playing with the bottom of the shirt she was wearing. Hailee hummed, her hand flowing through your hair.
"Check the drawer beside the bed." You looked at Hailee confused for a moment before doing what she said. You crawled over to the drawer, opening it as your eyes landed on a light colored folder. You pulled it out, opening it to see receipts of plane ticket purchases. You examined the closely. "You mentioned how you've always wanted to go to Italy, so let's go. First class plane tickets to Italy, hotel is already booked. Happy early Valentine's Day." Hailee winked at you, smiling as you dropped the file in your lap.
"You spoil me way too much." You blushed, pretending to be angry with her as you bit back the smile that was fighting it's way onto your lips.
"My girl deserves it." Soon enough Hailee is crawling towards you, pulling you by your shoulders to sit in her lap, her hands settling on your hips. "Let me spoil my wife." She smirked, tilting her head at you with innocent eyes.
"Jesus." You whispered under your breath playfully before pulling her in for a kiss. "I love you." You breathed out when you pulled away.
Hailee pushed your foreheads together afterwards, her eyes remaining closed. "I love you more."
