3rd Person POV:

Nadine came to terms with her feelings for Y/N a week ago. Especially when during that week, she and Y/N have been doing everything and anything together. They were attached to the hip.

Mr. Bruner was the first to notice how they both look at each other and act around each other so it was clear to him, that's what a crush looks like.

The two girls were in fact inside his classroom today.

"I should take you to the skatepark one time." Y/N stated with a smile as she stole a chip from Nadine.

"Oh hell no, I can't skate for the life of me." Nadine quickly rejected and Y/N laughed.

"Okay, how about... the library?" Nadine thought about Y/N's suggestion for a moment before nodding with a smile.

"Yeah."

"Great. I'll give you money." Mr. Bruner jumped in and both girls looked at him as he handed Y/N $30. "Enjoy yourselves, and stay out late. I don't care."

Y/N chuckled. "What about mom?"

"She won't care." Her father waved off as he shooed them out of his classroom, a small smile forming on his face after shutting his door. "I just set them up on a date. "He said proudly to himself.

The next day, Y/N and Nadine did end up going to the library. They walked in together and surprisingly, it wasn't crowded. They made their way up each section, exploring everything it had to offer.

"Hey, look." Y/N beckoned for Nadine to come over, holding up a Diary of a Wimpy Kid book. "This was my childhood."

"Seriously?" Nadine chuckled as she held up the book, Y/N nodding with a smile. "I didn't know that."

Y/N disappeared behind on of the shelves, she moved some books out the way to get a view of the brunette on the other side. "Oh Nadine." She tainted with a smile and Nadine looked through the bookcase to see the Y/E/C girl. She playfully rolled her eyes, closing the books to block her face out.

Y/N appeared around the corner. "That was not nice." She pouted at Nadine who giggled, grabbing Y/N's hand and kissing the back of it.

"Okay, sorry, you big baby." Y/N blushed and ignored the way her heart fluttered as Nadine led them both to the romance section.

"A cheesy romantic?" Y/N teased with a smile as Nadine scoffed, shoving her back, holding back a laugh.

"Whatever." She smiled and they both stared into each others eyes for a while before Y/N started to lean in, Nadine letting her as her back rested against the bookshelf. Their lips almost connected before Y/n pulled away with a smile, pulling a random book out of its spot.

"I've been looking for this." She smirked, Nadine's eyes widened and she rolled her eyes. The Y/H/C girl laughing when Nadine snatched the book out of her hand but her laughter got cut off when the brunette smashed their lips together in a searing kiss that Y/N immediately melted into.

"Wow." Nadine whispered when they pulled away with smiles on their faces.

"Wow, indeed." Y/N winked with a chuckled as Nadine pulled her back down with her arms around her neck, kissing her again.
