2nd Person POV:

You've been pregnant for 3 months now and the news of that spread like wildfire in school but you and Hailee didn't care. You were more focused on your future. You definitely weren't leaving each other anytime soon and it was very clear you guys wanted to keep the baby.

Your mom had switched you to online classes, Hailee as well, since Cheri and Pete didn't want her getting hate comments. She came home one day and ranted to you and her family about how someone was slut shaming you and she got suspended for 3 days for beating the crap out of him.

Her parents were proud of that and so were you but you couldn't help but be worried when she did have school in person. When her parents switched her over, you could finally breath with relief. You guys took your classes together, there was no way Hailee wanted to miss any moment with you or her baby. She would rub your belly some days, give you a massage, feel for the baby's kicking, or just make you food. She's been a great girlfriend.

Hailee was nervous though. She's never been a parent before, obviously, but when you first told her you were pregnant, her immediate thought wasn't wanting to run away, it was to build that family with you. But if you didn't want the baby, she was supportive no matter what. Thank god you did though.

-

You're now 6 months pregnant, stealing Hailee's oversized hoodies left and right to make you feel more comfortable as your belly grew out. You had an appointment with the doctor to find out the gender of Hailee and yours baby so she made sure to catch up on all her schoolwork before driving down there with Cheri since your mom was at work.

"Have a seat, Miss Y/L/N." The doctor instructed kindly as you sat down on the chair, your arms going on the arm rests as Hailee held your right hand, intertwining your fingers together. "Let's have a look shall we." She said and did her job as Hailee anxiously bounced her leg up and down, Cheri rubbing her daughters shoulder softly.

"Would you like it to be a surprise or would you like to know now?" You and Hailee exchanged some glances as she smiled at you.

"Surprise, please."

-

Hailee stood behind you, wrapping her arms around your belly loosely as she rubbed your belly. She kissed your neck lightly and you smiled, leaning to her touch. Cheri had all the tables set up as your mom prepared the barbecue with your grandma. Pete was getting the gender reveal balloon set up on the lawn, careful not to pop it.

Martini came running out and started rubbing against your leg. Hailee bent down to pick her up and hand her to you, knowing you love the tiny fluff ball who was always excited to see you. Martini licked your face affectionately which made you giggle as she glimpsed at Hailee who got down on her knees to kiss your belly softly, smiling as she rubbed it.

You stared at her lovingly, unable to comprehend how you made it so far with her. Your relationship was stronger than ever.

"Okay, everyone! Time for the gender reveal!" Pete announced and everyone gather around, you and Hailee walked to the front towards the balloon as Hailee handed her mother Martini.

"Ready, baby?" Hailee asked you softly as she wrapped an arm around your waist.

"More ready than ever." You nodded and you both held the needle together, popping the balloon as thousands of tiny pieces of blue confetti spilled about as everyone cheered. Tears filled your eyes as Hailee leaned down to kiss you softly while some of the confetti covered your guys' shoulders and hair.

-

It's officially been 9 months now and you're due almost any day. Hailee had learned a lot from her father who was more than prepared when Cheri was pregnant with Griffin. He instructed and taught Hailee everything she needed to know about what to do and how to handle certain types of situations.

Not only that, but Hailee had the baby bag and hospital bag for you all packed up and ready to go. She kept her keys on at all times and made sure to keep a pair of your shoes by the door at all times. Cheri had come over plenty of times to check on you since your mom went out of town for business but now she's back and taking care of you.

You were laying back against the couch next to Hailee, her arm wrapped around you as you two watched a movie together. Your girlfriend reached over to grab a drink when you felt it.

Your water broke.
