Sam Winchester and Karina Leone rode on a horse through the course of time. They both arrived in time as they met a cabin with a horse outside of the front porch. He stopped the horse before helping her out of the saddle. They both walked in the main room where the lantern was lit and a single office desk with all the tools needed.

Karina noticed the yellow substance near the doorstep including the gunpowder on the floor when she entered as Sam called out. "Hello?" He walked closer to the opened door until he felt the splash of water on him, "Okay, not a demon. Not a demon. Just a hunter."

Samuel suspected both of them as he twisted the cap back on, "You're a what?"

"You're Samuel Colt?" Sam and Karina looked at each other with calminglooks, then they began to introduce themselves. "I'm Sam Winchester, and this is Karina Leone. I'm a hunter and she's been a huntress since the year 2011."

Samuel set his flask of holy water on the fireplace mantel, "Prove it."

Sam pulled out his phone from his jean pocket, and handed it to him. Karina began offering her blade from her skirt. Samuel observed both of them, but his eyes widened to see a particular weapon in his hands. He tried to hide his surprised look on his face, but she caught him in an act. He walked to his desk as he let out, "All right."

Sam raised his eyebrows when he saw him taking a glass of whiskey for himself, "That's...? That's it?"

"Well, when you've done this job as long as I have... a giant and Calamity from the future with some magic brick and a beautiful craftsmanship weapon doesn't exactly give you the vapors."

Sam and Karina smiled together before he inferred, "We need your help killing Phoenix."

"A Phoenix. They exist?"

"Well, you shoot one in about three hours."

"Well, if you say so."

"I don't." He pulled out his old journal from his jacket and set it on the desk, "You do."

"That's..." Samuel was amazed to see his journal from the future, especially as he was writing his journal from that year on. He sat down in his chair, "I'm either too drunk or not drunk enough. So, what is it I'm about exactly to do?"

"Well, the Phoenix is in Sunrise. So if we leave now, you can--"

"I appreciate your situation, but I'm not gonna be any help to you. I'm booked."

Sam continued to prove his point by receiving his journal, "Right, but you said right here--"

"Don't believe everything that you read."

"But you're a hunter."

"Retired."

Sam scoffed in disbelief while Karina cocked her head, "There's no such thing."

"I'm out."

"There's no getting out. Look, for what it's worth, in our time, you're a hero."

"Me?"

"Yes, sir." Samuel chuckled, but he didn't find it amusing at all. "Now, look, we need to kill this Phoenix. Its ashes are the only thing that can kill the monster we're hunting. So stow your crap for a few hours and let's go.'

He didn't move, but only grabbed his bottle of whiskey to refill his drink. "We gotta go now. So either you're coming with us or we need the gun."

"What gun?"

Karina rolled her eyes as she was getting annoyed, "Oh my gosh, do we have to play this charade game with you, man? Look, we are from the future and we both know about the Colt. A gun that is killiable to anything. No, you didn't lose it in a bet, because I saw the sulfur near the door. Two pairs of boot prints. Don't get me wrong, there is gunpowder on the floor where the bullet hit the creatures."
