All of the beings were in the laboratory when the atmosphere was deathly quiet. Bobby Singer began to speak, "Well... all right, then." He kneed down on the floor, then he looked at Castiel. "Good or... you want the whole forehead-to-the-carpet thing? Guys?"

The trio slowly lowered down to put down their knees, but Castiel stopped them. "Stop. What's the point if you don't mean it? You fear me. Not love, not respect-- just fear."

Sam took one step forward by using his soft voice, "Cas--"

"Sam, you have nothing to say to me. You stabbed me in the back." Castiel eyed Bobby, "Get up."

Karina pulled him up, safely, while she fearfully stared at Castiel. Dean spoke to him, "Cas, come on. This is not you."

"The Castiel you knew is gone."

"So what, then? Kill us?"

"What a brave little ant you are. You know you're powerless. You wouldn't dare move against me again. That would be pointless. So I have no need to kill you. Not now. Besides... once, you were my favorite pets, before you turned and bit me."

Karina stared at him in disgust as he was grinning smugly at his words. She shook her head when Dean asked, "Who are you?"

"I'm God. And if you stay in your place, you may live in my kingdom. If you rise up, I will strike you down. Not doing well, are you, Sam?"

Dean and Karina turned their gaze on Sam who was breathing heavily, his forehead was covered in sweat. His face was turning white when the iron blood rushed faster in his system, "I'm fine." He cleared his throat and then he looked at them as he repeated, "I'm fine."

Karina shouted at Castiel, "What the hell? You said you would fix him! You promised!"

"If you stood down, which you hardly did." The Huntress fumed so much anger at once who was her Guardian Angel. She didn't want to, but she wanted to give so much worry to defend him. She couldn't... He continued on. "Be thankful for my mercy. I could have cast you back in the pit."

"Castiel, this is crazy. You can stop this now, please!"

"I hope, for your sake, this is the last you see me." Castiel vanished into thin air, leaving them behind. Dean and Bobby shared looks, but Karina focused on Sam who groaned lightly. There was blood running from his nose, then she checked on him.

"Sammy?" He had gotten worse when he was blinking his eyes repeatedly to try to see a vision, but all he saw was himself burning in Hellfire. He collapsed on the floor where there were glass shards. His left palm slammed against the glass, then she was quick enough to grab him by the shoulders. "Come on. I got you."

When they all returned home at Bobby's house, Sam and Karina entered the bedroom together. His hand was wrapped around with her rag to ease the blood while she was carrying a bowl with warm water in one hand and a medical bag in another.

She heard him wincing at every pain from his hand, then she comforted him while she was getting ready to give him stitches. "I know, I know." Turning on her phone to let out soft rock music playing and she set it on the dresser, then she quickly took off her jacket to show her wearing a long sleeve off-shoulder black top.

She pulled up a chair in front of him when he was sitting on her bed without his brown jacket. She laid a towel on his lap so any shards or drops of blood won't get on anything, then she pulled out a tweezer by putting it in her mouth. Karina unwrapped the rag gently, then his palm revealed a glass piece entering his palm. Dropping so much blood on the lap.

Sam groaned lightly then she pulled up her left hand to grab hold around his wrist so he wouldn't move what she was about to do. Pulling the tweezer from her mouth, she reminded him. "This is gonna suck." Between her thumb and her pointed finger, she gently grabbed a piece and slowly pulled it out. He groaned loudly, letting out so much pain as he closed his eyes together.
