Untouchables 2.0. arrived at the address to the time-traveler's house, Dean peeked in from the window from the front door. "It looks empty. You got a lock pick?"

"Sure." Eliot answered by kicking the door aside as he entered the house with his pistol. Karina lifted her eyebrows as she was getting flustered. She followed him while Dean was walking behind her with his new revolver. They all scanned the area, seeing no signs of him, but they stopped at the office. The leader put his weapon aside in his holster, "Take a look around. Where's he getting all the lettuce to support this?"

Karina searched around the office, seeing if she could find anything. She pulled up the bookkeeping binder from the table, she looked through the pages. Scoffing lightly as she read the handwriting of money earned, years, and places. "That bastard using the Biff strategy." Dean heard what she said, then he hurried to her side to see it over her shoulder.

Eliot heard what she said but got confused. "He what?"

"Oh, right, sorry. Chronos is betting on the races as he traveled through time, so he could bet the winner to receive all the bucks. That's why he is living here. Come here."

Eliot walked over to them as she flipped the page. He pointed to a timeframe, "He spent a lot of time in '44."

Dean noticed the area of L.Y., "Yeah. What's the L.Y.?"

"It's not a what. It's a who. Lester Young. He lays bets for a lot of the fluckies in town. Let's say we go pay him a visit."

"We shall, Eliot," smirked Karina. She returned the binder to the table, then she was lost in thoughts. Seeing how much time she had spent in 1944, leaving in concern for Sam Winchester. Oh, I wish you were here with us...

For the past few hours, Dean and Eliot were playing a card of "Good Cop and Bad Cop" with Lester Young in the interrogation room. Karina wasn't feeling it at the moment as she felt the string to Sam was getting far away. She decided to take a walk in the town to take in the scenery from 68 years ago, then she stopped at the familiar bookshop.

Taking a look at the series of books. She noticed a familiar novel that was named The Scarlet Letter.  Karina pulled a book toward her, then she read the final page she was itching to read. Exhaling sharply from reading the last sentence of a page, crying sadly with a smile on her face. Her heart beating heightened, then she heard someone talking to her.

"Is everything alright, miss?" She turned her eyes on a brunette man who was holding a handkerchief. She nodded slightly as she took in the sight from a stranger. He was tall with a mix of green and blue. Those eyes really reminded her of him. She accepted his gesture from his hand and dried her tears below her eyes. "I guess that book must've got you."

"It's not just that... It's just... I have someone in my life, and I miss him. Anyway, it's not a conversation to talk with a stranger in a bookshop."

"Well, I'm trying to get something for my wife. It's our anniversary. She loves to read, but she was aching for this particular title."

"It's perfect for her, she'll love it. It's romantic in a dark place, but it's worth it." Karina offered a book to a man, then she returned the handkerchief to him. She smiled softly, "Your wife must be very lucky."

"Well... three years will give you that. I'm Benjamin Lawerence."

"Karina L--" She stopped for a moment; she offered her hand to his hand. She happily shook her hands with him, saying a surname from her lips that will never happen. "Karina Winchester."

"Nice to meet you, Karina Winchester. Thank you for the recommendation." She nodded in gratitude before he departed the shop. She looked at the empty setting between the books, then she gently touched the faint dust upon the woodshop. Turning to the door with nothing in her hands, but her heart stayed a place from the shop.
