There was a loud and high-pitch ringing commotion from the trio. Sam tried to cover the blood from his head, Karina tried to stop crying as she focused on him, and Dean was driving in a high speeding chase down to the nearest hospital to have their family be sent to the emergency room.
The van steered around the roads and stopped at the familiar building. They all saw Bobby Singer who wasn't awake on the bed that was being rolled over to the room. There were doctors and nurses talking frantically over the dianois on his physical state. The trio stood speechless and afraid of what was coming next for them until they were all ordered to be stepped out.
The huntress breathed shakily, her lungs stopped working. Hyperventilating.
Sam and Dean looked down on her, checking up on her. She couldn't breathe as she was having an attack. They guided her to sit down in a chair as she was listening to all the medical symptoms behind the curtain that Bobby was close to stopping his heart beating.
Wheezing over and over as her eyes looked at the distance. She felt the arms wrapped around her while Dean was kneeling down. He was holding her hand, trying to comfort her breathing. Her tears coming from her red eyes were running down like crazy as she was not breathing right. Until then, she was listening to the slow heartbeat against her ear. Her ear was against his chest, imitating the deep breathing that the person was providing for her.
From now on, she was breathing in the same motion as him. Her friend volunteered to find a cup of water for her, so he departed. The person hadn't pulled back from the embrace still. She sniffed her tears, then she spoke softly. "Wow... I haven't had an attack in years. Didn't miss it though."
Sam looked down on her as she was under his shell, "You're good?" She nodded softly while her tears ran down slowly, then he exhaled sharply. "That was scary."
"It's scary for me too..." Karina cried softly as she turned her face from the view, "I warned him. I warned him it would happen." Sam shushed her softly as he put his hand on her head. He rocked her slowly while she was sobbing her words to him, "Everything I touch gets worse, Sammy. It's the truth."
"Hey, hey, stop saying that. It isn't the truth."
"Look what just happened... It's all my fault."
"No, it's not, Karina."
"It is, Sam. It's all my fault. It's all my fau--" Karina sobbed loudly as his arms grew tighter around her. He closed his eyes, letting the tear fall. He couldn't bear listening to her words that were so hurtful. He continued to shush her softly, then Dean approached in time to offer her a cup of water. She took it as she drank it slowly.
The doctor moved the curtain away, walking up to them. Dean stood up from where he was to meet him. He informed them all in one room, "He's stable for the moment. Just have to see."
Dean nodded slowly before the doctor left them alone. The monitor was slowly beeping, then he turned around. He faced Sam and Karina who were looking at him while they embraced in tears. His eyes filled with tears. They weren't sure what to do next, but to wait.

The next morning, they all didn't sleep at all. Not a second, not a minute, not an hour. They were waiting for an update on Bobby until the doctor approached them. He informed them what was happening, then Sam asked him. "There's nothing we can do?"
"I'm sorry. We just have to wait. We'll see if the swelling goes down."
"How long?" asked Karina.
"It's hard to say in cases like this."
